Unfortunately, your hotel options in Tinajas are limited. With just one place available within a 30 kilometres radius, you better book your room fast.

As if being so close to Tinajas isn't enough, Rusticae Torre Maestre also boasts some seriously comfy beds.

Chillaron de Cuenca is another place where you can kick back and acquaint yourself with the room service menu. Located 40 kilometres southeast of Tinajas, it's where you'll discover the San Pablo Footbridge and the Museum of Spanish Abstract Art. If you want to visit Chillaron de Cuenca, consider the Hotel Midama and Hotel Boutique Pinar. 50 kilometres to the southeast of Tinajas you can also stay at Cuenca, which is home to the Parador de Cuenca and Rusticae Hotel Posada San José. The Cuenca Museum and Cuenca Cathedral are among the more popular places to check out when visiting Cuenca.

You'll come across some awesome activities in Alcala de Henares. The University of Alcala, Plaza Cervantes and the Corral of Comedies Theater are among our top picks. This regional centre is positioned 70 kilometres west of Tinajas and has a population of 200,000. If you've got some time up your sleeve, keep the good times rolling with a visit to the Cervantes Birthplace Museum and Alcala Cathedral. If you want to stay in Alcala de Henares, check out the current deals at the Parador De Alcala and Isla de la Garena.

Just landed at Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport? Feeling gross after the flight? Not a problem. Shampoo and soap are on hand nearby at the Hilton Madrid Airport. If you can't get a room there, try your luck at the Meliá Barajas. It's also close to the airport, which sits 85 kilometres from Tinajas' centre.

It is a very beautiful old property, which is why it needs continuous maintenance. They should have adequate staff to receive clients, we were waiting 30 minutes at the reception, there was no one. At least the bar across the street was open and the wait became shorter. After calling the phone number indicated, a very nice girl arrived and came to greet us, who told us that she was on her day off. If I would return to the place, it is a nice place but I would make sure I knew that someone would be at the reception for the next time.
