On the hunt for a hot shower and a snuggly bed in Tinn? Regrettably, lastminute.com.au's database of Norway hotels doesn't contain any accommodation in Tinn's centre.

But there's no need to work yourself into a tizzy. Hjartdal is around 45 kilometres away and features some impressive places to crash, including the Nutheim Gjestgiveri and Seljord Hotell.

It's well known that Aussies just love to have a good time, so consider kicking back a little longer and checking out the Norwegian Mining Museum and Kongsberg Church in Kongsberg, 70 kilometres to the southeast of Tinn. Lovely spot in Rjukan

The location of the hotel is right next to the river, a lovely spot to relax. It's not far by car to the Krossbanen (closed for 2024), the Gaustabanen, and the Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are not too many dinner options nearby, but there are some, although youll likely need a car. Breakfast was average.
