Dear Marriott hotel or to whomever may concern,
the stay in your hotel was horrible. Not only was ist not mentioned at the reservation that you only do room service twice a day, if at all. I say if at all because room 427 was never made or cleaned. When it was mentioned to reception at about 6 PM on April 9 we were told that housekeeping is gone already. So at least we got a couple of new towels.
I do understand that the linen does not be changed every day, but at least the beds should be made.
When we had breakfast on April 9, the table seating 6 was still full of empty dishes. When we ask whether it can be cleaned up, we were told they would have to call housekeeping.
But now the best of all, you charge me through Expedia USD 1,225.51 plus One Key cash USD 58.01 for a total of USD 1,283.52 which I paid.
Now you are charging me again, but credit only USD 1,099.92 per room. Please urgently credit the credit card on hand with the difference of USD 183.60. This now truly tops everything.
