Right in the center with parking which made it very convenient. Room was large. Bathroom bit antiquated but very clean. Linens were fine. Did not eat at the restaurant so no opinion of that.
La mujer (joven) que atiende la recepción es muy grosera, además de que sienre que te está haciendo un favor al atenderte, aunado a ello el personal de contabilidad que se encontraba al momento de pedir información tiene muy poca educación
Finalmente la villa 2 no prendió ningún foco (publicidad engañosa para efectos de PROFECO) y me dijo la mujer de la recepción que si llovía no prenderían ningún foco, cosa que fie mentira ya que en dos noches que me hospedé no llovió. No revresaría al lugar.
El personal es amable, la habitación cómoda, pero tuvimos la mala suerte de que nos tocara la habitación 103 contigua a las calderas que hacen un ruido muy molesto todo el día, tuvimos que pedir que las apagaran durante la noche para poder dormir. Fuera de eso todo bien, y Tlalpujahua muy agradable lugar.
Para pasar una noche podría estar bien, pero el restaurant cerrado, todos los servicios cerrados, no hay que ir al pueblo entre-semana, todo cerrado, yo creo que mejor el fin de semana!
Habilitaciones muy bonitas. Solo comentaría no hay señalización de dónde está el estacionamiento, no el acceso a las instalaciones. No contestan las llamadas 😤
