Poor condition hotel for the amount you pay. Nothing in room like water, coffee, tea. Rooms appear run down. Sheets are like paper. They sound and are very uncomfortable. I really expected something better. Staff weren’t mean but also weren’t friendly. A robot or self service check in could’ve given the same service or feeling. Tried calling front desk but the phone was so scratchy couldn’t hear either side. I wouldn’t recommend and if in Panama again will check out a different place.

There was no even drinking water in my room! I was forced to buy water in lobby with crazy price. Air condition is so noisy it was difficalt to sleep. In a restaurant I asked salt three times! At the end staff said there is no salt !!!

Basic room. A sheet and a blanket no comforters so I had to get 2 blankets because the room was cold and we felt like you were just covered in a sheet. I was underwhelmed by the hotel. Service staff were nice. Close to airport. If you can take the shuttle to and from. We didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle so cab was standard $15 to airport for less than 10 minute ride. You can’t get uber from the airport we were told. A cab ride to the old city is $35 and $20 uber ride back to hotel.

Hotel was fine. Normal Crowne Plaza experience. However, the restaurant was horrendous. Staff was rude and didn’t want to work or serve guests. It’s the only restaurant nearby so there were no other options. I expected better service from Crowne Plaza. Will only stay if don’t need to eat.

Is a good place. Even though needs an aesthetical upgrade is clean, quiet and with good atmosphere. Service and food are excelent. I would recommended BUT PLEASE add bottled water in the room.
