I have stayed here twice in the last 7 years and both times have been consistently good. Great location close to metro and lots of food options close by.

I've lived in Japan before but this place was beyond what I would accept as "normal". Room was too small to be comfortable. TV was impossible to navigate. Staff spoke virtually no English.

Uncomfortable saggy bed. Hurt my back. Tiny lobby and tiny room. Very compact and simple. One small elevator for 15 floors. Hallways not air conditioned nor was room when we entered. Had to turn on ac to cool down. Do not recommend

The hotel and its staff were wonderful, I would absolutely stay here again. It’s close to multiple train lines and to family mart and seven eleven too. Everything is pretty much walkable from the area so it’s great place to stay at :D

Very nice property and room was clean. Close to Tokyo Train Station. Only complaint is that there is no laundry at the facility. We had to walk about half a mile (15 minutes) to do laundry and it was our last day in Japan.

For the price is good , close to all shopping area, subway and good restaurants. If looking for reasonable price hotel in Tokyo that will be a good choice. Also they don’t have laundry in Hotel , but is walking distance to coin laundry.

Great and convenient location, with easy access to subway and walkable to many things in the area. Very small hotel room, but seems standard for the price given that it's Tokyo. Room was unfortunately a little dusty, especially near the window around the curtains and near the gap between bed and wall.
