Rooms a little small (for couple with 1 large case) but all the other chain hotels we stayed at (Sotetsu Fresa, Hotel Ann) were similar. Great location, great price, lovely staff, absolutely spotless. Will stay again.

Always convenient
I always stay here as I can take the train from either Haneda or Narita without transfers. Less than a minute to get to the subway station. About 10 minutes to the Japan Railways station. Coffee shop in hotel. Convenience store nearby.

The main reason for the lower rating is the bathroom. It wasn't cleaned well before check-in work hair and dust visible. It also looked like there were rust stains dripping down the walls.

The staff is friendly, fast and efficient! I had all my questions answered and received helped every time i needed. Everything in the room was fanctioning perfectly. The hotel was in a clean, quiet neighborhood, but the downside was the lack of nearby nightlife. The hotel did have a restaurant. The room was compact but clean, with the standard Japanese amenities of Pajamas, toothbrushes, comb, razors.

Area was really nice and away from a lot of people so it was quiet and safe. Right next to the train station so it’s quite convenient if you need to get to Haneda airport. There’s a pronto restaurant downstairs as well as a few restaurants next door. If you need a 7/11 there’s one conveniently next door. There is no laundromat in this hotel but there is one not too far. I will be looking at this hotel again next time I’m in town.

Pro: The location of the hotel is close to subway stations making it convenient to travel around the city and to the Haneda airport. Con: The room is too small which is not very comfortable for two persons while the suitcases could not fully be opened. The room facilities were a bit aged and the table was worn. Bottle water and coffee powder was not refilled everyday. The service of receptionists and their courtesy has a room for improvement.

Booked last minute because of an unexpected change of plans and just needed some place to shower and sleep. The rooms are on the smaller side but with everything you need. I was more worried about the location besides the subway station it’s right in front and there’s a 7 Eleven next door, you can’t beat that.

Great Hotel Convenient Nice Area
Great room, comfortable bed, very convenient location to haneda airport. Costs $5.50 Aud on train from airport. Has a 7 eleven next door and great restaurant close by within 5 minutes walk. Has great access to train to Shinjuku 15 minutes. Pink blue lines to Asakusa and JR line 2 stops to Tokyo Central. Has pharmacy across the road. They will keep luggage for you if you arrive early.

Overall a good spot. Subway with Narita airport line few steps away. The room was ok but it was a good condition for the price I paid. The only thing that really bothered me was housekeeping. There was a lot of trash and stuff all around outside my room almost daily in morning and a lot of noise due to housekeeping. I also requested not to clean my room. I stayed for 4 night but was told it has to be cleaned on 3rd night which really bothered me. I’m leaving next morning and don’t like others in a room I’m staying at when I’m traveling due to my stuff getting stolen in the past. So this really bothered me.
