Staff and location are everything!! The rooms are a little small but they have options for under bed storage and other amenities to make it comfortable!! Would highly recommend for anyone traveling for fun and needs to be able to get around easily.

Great location - easy to walk to Shinjuku or take subway right outside. Lovely to have onsen spa and laundry in basement. I’ve stayed here multiple times and always high standard.

The staff were good and were helpful when dealing with luggage transfer. The breakfast could have been better as tempura dishes were served cold rather than hot. The room was smaller than I thought I had booked and this made it very hot. No individual air conditioning and lots of sirens at night

Everything was great. Very clean and helpful staff. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. My only complaint was that the air conditioning would not work and it switch to heat randomly. I ended up just turning it off for my stay. Despite that it was still a solid hotel in Shinjuku that I would likely Use again.

The staff was excellent, incredibly helpful, polite, and many staff spoke english. The luggage storage service on early arrival and departure made us able to enjoy the day we were arriving and leaving without worrying about luggage. The spa was very nice., the rooms were very clean
