Okay

This was our second time staying at this particular location, but our 10th APA. They've changed to an automated system from the last time we stayed and it was a bit tedious having to do the same process at each Apa location. The rooms are small (as most business hotels are) and the price is more than I would have liked to pay but at the end of the day its a good clean hotel in a convenient location.

Good location to transportation, shops and restaurants. Room was clean with excellent toiletries. Booked a double room, however, extremely small for 2 people with a stay of 8 days. No room to maneuver around. There were larger double rooms, not sure why we were assigned a smaller room given the length of the stay. A good room for an overnight stay.

Great place to stay

This hotel is great for travelers that are just looking for a room to sleep in. The rooms are perfect for that. If you like to hang out in your room a lot, it’s fine if you don’t mind small spaces. Very clean. Very accommodating. Must be tattoo free if you’re looking to utilize the spa. They have patches to cover them if you have a couple of small tattoos. Convenient place if you enjoy the bars and nightlife in Shanjuku. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great location right next to the Shinjuku nightlife. The room itself was absolutely tiny, and nowhere near big enough for two people and two suitcases. Using the lifts is absolute chaos as the lifts are slow, there aren’t enough, and there are too many guests at the hotel. No stairs you’re able to use either… The temperature of the room was also impossible to control, going from hot to cold constantly, meaning we barely slept. Unfortunately I definitely would not stay at an APA again, given that it wasn’t even a cheap hotel to stay at.

Outstanding staff and facilities. As advertised, it is the smallest room I’ve ever experienced in my life. It is impossible to open your luggage without using your bed. However, the hotel is very quiet and clean and located in a perfect area.
