Nice place, great staff.
First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great.

I understand that there are opening hours, but in the description in the app it said that if you arrive late you can call them and someone will come to assist you. I called and no one answered, I had to spend the night very cold, very uncomfortable on the street literally.

Very close to Asakusabashi station! Was very safe and clean. Stayed for a week with my fiancée and a friend (both women) and they felt very safe the entire time. Beds were very comfortable and we felt like we had a decent amount of privacy considering the close quarters. Definitely recommend if you’re on a budget

For being in a hostel, it was a pretty chill accommodation. Kudos to the staff for being awesome! The staff takes care of you and the cafe is phenomenal. Will stay again in the future.

Allez voir ailleurs. Nous avons réservé (et deja payé) pour 3 personnes sur expédia pour 2 nuits. La 1ère nuit était correct parce que les lits du dortoir étaient pas pleine, mais la nuit suivante, en voyant que nous étions 2 adultes avec un enfant de 9 ans, on nous a dit que l enfant doit dormir avec l un de nous car quelqu un a deja pris son lit et a déplacé ses affaires restés encore sur le lit la veille. L'hotel met disponible plus de places qu il en a, de l overbooking pour plus d argent, un employé à la reception a expliqué que c est deja arrivé la même chose dans le passé et qu il nous a même invité à mettre de mauvais commentaire sur l hotel pour que son patron ne fasse plus de surbooking. Heureusement qu il nous restait les 2 autres lit mais qqun qui voyage seul et qui a réservé juste un lit et qui arrive à une heure tardive va devoir chercher un autre endroit pour dormir à 21h par exemple (c est ce qui s est passé dans le passé selon l employé) et pourtant nous avons montré la facture que nous avons brl et bien payé pour 3 personnes sur expédia. Autre chose, la 1ère nuit, il y avait un genre de psychopathe sur un des lits, il parlait tout seul, se donne des coups à lui même, nous avons entendus des gifles, des clacs... alors c est peut être moins cher mais fuyez cet auberge

忘れ物をしたらスタッフに「無い」と言われた
宿泊についてはとても良かったです。布団もふかふかで、ベッドの下にキャリー置きスペースがありました。 1Fがカフェ併設で、カフェの方がチェックインもされているようなので、チェックインの時にカフェのお客と間違われることがあります。 チェックアウト後忘れ物に気づいたので取りに戻ったら、カフェのスタッフ(外国人男性？)に無表情で、「忘れ物の報告は無い」と言われ、部屋の場所を言っても「無い」と言われ、今朝チェックアウトと部屋の位置と置いた記憶のある場所と品物を細かく伝えると、外国人女性スタッフが確認に行ってくれて、伝えた通りの場所に忘れてあったとのことでした。 忘れ物をした時は臆さずに、はっきり伝えると伝わると思います。

Bedbug infestation on shared room bed.
I've got bedbugs after sleeping in the shared room of this place on my first day of the trip to Japan. It was a big problem. Beside that, it is a nice place, with clean bathroon and spaces. But a bed bug infestation is a very serious problem.
