It's wonderful, the front staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and full equipped with travelers needs...the most amazing is providing lots of ladies stuff. But if the hotel can add some more washing machines, it will be perfect.

Fantastic experience, excellent location. The hotel was lovely, modern,clean and very good facilities. The shop & cafe are very convenient as well as the laundry room. Roof garden & terrace were a great place to sit and take in the views and atmosphere. Our room was excellent, clean,modern, with very nice little extra touches, toiletries,robes, fridge,kettle,hairdryer. Wifi was excellent. Excellent cleaning service,rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottles of water, also bedding changed very regularly. All the staff were very friendly,helpful and polite. Cant honestly think of anything negative to say, we will definitely be back. Fantastic, keep up the good work.

The staff are very friendly. They supply all enough useful stuff such as toothbrush, shoes, bed cover, etc. Also the washer are free to use though they are busy in most of time.

Rooms are typical size in Japan, but they were super clean and well maintained! Really loved the water pressure in their showers!! Also they had a rooftop that had great views of the area. Lastly, this place is close to EVERYTHING!! Really glad we decided to stay here!

We loved this hotel. The location is great (walking distance to two train stations, very near the Sensoji Temple and close to several markets). The staff was welcoming and friendly. We also enjoyed the cafe off the lobby which started serving coffee at 6:00 (early for Japan) and food at 7:00. As others have mentioned, the beds were hard but we found that to be true at most of the hotels we encountered in Japan. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We were so close to Asakusa shrine and the shopping streets, but it was still a very quiet area. The rooftop view of Tokyo skytree was amazing at night. Also loved being right across the street from a rice cracker store.
