The hotel staff are very attentive and helpful, and many spoke english which made communication very easy for check in and check out. The room had very good light blocking curtains, and was very quiet. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and had all the required amenities. The bed however was unfortunately so uncomfortable I could barely sleep even after a 9 hour flight, the pillows were so firm and tall that my neck was aching all through the next day 😭 otherwise the stay was very good, but ouch.

Even though I only stayed 1 night at the hotel so I could fly out of Haneda the next day, I had a positive experience. The room was spacious. I was so glad to see that this hotel had a self serve laundry area. I even saw a microwave. The breakfast buffet was delicious too. Hotel was located right above a train station. Quite convenient.

Property is very nice and clean. I’ve stayed there twice this year and definitely gonna stay again. Anytime I need a last minute booking they are always available and it’s right by the airport. After a very long flight from Chicago and clearing customs I hop of the Keikuy line and it’s the first stop right by the train station. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and nice and hotel room is very clean and comfortable. High recommend.

The hotel’s name “Haneda” takes some liberty to interpret the word “Haneda” broadly. When Tokyo Metropolitan Hotel says “Haneda” it does not mean “Haneda International Airport.” It means the great Haneda city. The hotel is 4-5 stops away from the main Haneda airport terminal (depending on which terminal you are, you may be closer or further away). You are bit closer to Shinagawa, but it all depends on whether you can get the right train connection at Keikyu Kamata station. This said, the view from the hotel room out to the runway is beautiful.
