Très bon séjour
Excellent séjour, hôtel neuf et très propre, très bonne literie et salle de bain, la décoration est de bon goût. Présence de petits bruits de tuyauterie, facilement éliminés avec des bouchons d'oreille. Petit déjeuner correct.

Small but pleasant
The rooms are small compared to standard hotel rooms. Large luggage can be difficult to fit in the room although I was able to use the couch to hold it while visiting. The double bed was very comfortable! The pillows were hard and small - there were 4 pillows provided with two smaller ones and two hard memory foam pillows shaped to support the neck. The bathroom was a tight fit but had everything needed including toothbrushes and hair-skin products and dryer. Anything else needed was provided at no extra charge! The hotel was located close to so many attractions and the Shinjuku train station - this was a real perk! We didn’t spend much time in the room so we really only used it for sleeping and getting ready for the day. External noise was noticeable to me - My room faced the park next door where young kids talked and laughed loudly all night during the week and early Sunday morning was met by loud drunk guys singing and laughing loudly at 5 am. The graveyard side might be quieter. :) The rooms are clean and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind! They offer new towels daily with the economy reservation. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. If we spent more time in the room, it might have been a little tight.

Great helpful staff. Great location for value. For above average Japan room size still a bit cramped in a twin room. Step to climb into bathroom entrance is a little cumbersome.

Excellent place to stay with amazing service!
The location is very convenient to Shinjuku. The rooms are small but clean and up to date. The service is excellent! We speak no Japanese but wanted to send our luggage forward to our next destination. They organized that service for us, calling the next hotel to confirm our reservation. When they found a Suica card on the floor in the lobby right after we went upstairs, they followed us upstairs to check if we dropped it. When we needed a fan, they brought one right away. When my daughter locked us out of the room, they got us a replacement key easily. The rooms are tiny, with almost no distance between beds. We got 2 rooms for the 4 of us, which was the right decision because we are big and tall. The rooms were spotless. The bathrooms were sparkling. The shower was soaking and rejuvenating. The beds were comfortable. They cleaned the rooms every day. Nighttime was quiet. This hotel is uphill (a bit) and a few blocks from all the action so it’s not loud. Nearby is a park and a few shops like an electrician supply shop. There is a 7-11 about 2 blocks away.

Larger room for Tokyo. Easily walkable from the Shinjuku train station. Breakfast was very nice. They let us leave our luggage for the day while we explored prior to our flight home later in the day.

Great location
The location of my hotel was excellent, and having breakfast included was a plus. However, the room was quite small, and the walls were poorly insulated. I could hear a lot of noise.

Each and every one of the staff were extremely kind and helpful every day. This hotel really cares and they are very nice. This is the second time I’ve used this hotel and they continue to amaze me. I will be using this hotel again in the future.
