Close to temples, transportation and lots of food/shop options. Service was pleasant and room was clean. Need more outlets in the room and possibly could have smelt nicer when coming from a long trip. Overall happy with our stay for 5 days!
While the breakfast was very good there was just not enough seating available in a very small room. That being said the hotel had a plan in place to take your food back to your floor or your room. They even had bed trays so you could have breakfast in bed. Not ideal but a bigger room would have been nicer
This hotel was affordable, simple and very clean. My daughter and I loved that it was close to a 7-11 and walking distance to the subway station. From the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast crew, the staff was polite and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay and the complimentary breakfast was very good and it was nice that we could take it to our room to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities was nice to have if needed for guests, along with the microwave which was also convenient to use. We would definitely go back to Hotel Keihan Asakusa for our next stay. Thank you for the hospitality !! Aloha from Oahu, HI
The service is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Very short walk to Sensoji, also walking distance to Skytree. It has a lot of restaurants and stores near by. Great location for tourists.
I have no complaints about the property itself. It was very clean. Easy to check in. Professional staff with good English speaking skills. The only problem was the loud tourists in the halls. They had absolutely no respect, shouting down the hallways amongst their family group and slamming doors over and over. No Japanese person would act this way, so it was clearly a tourist family. But Asakusa is a tourist area, so, prepare accordingly.
Customer service varied depending who helped. Some were friendly, and others were quite frank. Not a child friendly place. The room space was limited and so was the bed. They try to be eco-friendly but the buffet rubbish negates that.
Really good hotel. Great location. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Had laundry machine. Buffet breakfast had enough variety and good coffee/tea choices. Rooms were soundproof. Our room was small but I was prepared for this ahead of time and we managed with 3 pieces of large luggage. So nice to have a bath to soak after a day of sightseeing. Great value and we would definitely stay here again.
