Rooms offer limited space for suitcases.No pool for swimming. No butter, peanut butter, jam or maple syrup. Eggs are not well cooked - more choices?? Otherwise nice location and amenities.

This is a very nice property and location. If you are not Japanese speaking, though, it’s a little hard to adjust and navigate the room setup. I had a hard time getting the AC to stay on, and it took 3 attempts with the staff. The control is in Japanese. I had the dinner buffet twice and carving station didn’t keep food fresh at the premium price charged (meats were overcooked and hard), though decent variety. The Bokakke soup is amazing, I had it 5 times at breakfast and dinner. The room sizes are definitely on small side, but very clean and amenitied nicely.

Very nice neighborhood. Connected to Ariake Gardens for shopping (including a proper grocery store and a health food store). Discounted access to a comfortable, well-eqipped onsen. Excellent soundproofing. Effective air conditioning. The English skills of the staff are limited but they use digital translators.

This was a very nice Tokyo business-style hotel that was in fairly close proximity to the junction of the Rinkaie (Kokusai-tenjijō Station) and Yurikomome (Ariake Station) lines. There are lot's of great eating options within the adjacent shopping plaza and buildings (2F level). The entrance and lobby of the hotel are on the 2F level, so stairs are required, but escalators and elevators to 2F can be found nearby. the staff is very helpful and well-trained, which we found is the case at most Villa Fontaine properties. As a family of 4, we stayed in the room with 4 singles and found it very comfortable. The toilet and shower rooms are separate, which is very useful for families, but the TV placement was not ideal. This may be an issue for some, but was not a factor for us. Every floor has ice and vending machines with a good variety of non and alcoholic drinks. Our room had 2 AC units, which were a bit tricky to get working with the same configuration, but we eventually sorted it out. The shower/wet room was typical of most Tokyo hotels, and the sink area actually offered quite a bit of storage. Storgae is something that most of the Japanese hotel rooms we've been to lacked, so it was nice that this room had some (not a lot, but at least some).

We had a great stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake! While the room was small, it was well-organized and met all our needs. What really made our visit special was the access to the spa and onsen. The spa facilities were fantastic and gave us a perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring. Another highlight of our stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake was the proximity to the 6am tuna auction at Toyosu Market, which was within walking distance. It was such a unique and exciting experience to witness the auction early in the morning. Being so close to this iconic event made our stay even more memorable. And we had sushi breakfast right there! The location was also really convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Even with the smaller room, everything was thoughtfully arranged and worked well for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Fontaine Ariake and would definitely consider staying there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is connected to the Ariake mall, the famous Ariake Garden as well as a short train or bus ride away from Team Lab Planets. Customer service was great, room comfort and cleanliness were also excellent.

My only negative is that I wish they had better dining options - a buffet is ok at breakfast but it would nice to be able to enjoy a nice sit down dinner after a day of sightseeing
