Nice place to stay, right by train station. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Only reason for 4 stars is that they do not accept luggage delivery or storage. We had to walk 15 minutes with out big suitcases to get luggage delivery nearby.

Clean, no frills apartments conveniently located in quieter area - 2 min walk from sasasuka station. It has some amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent. We took Narita express to Shinjuku station and then transferred to another line which was one stop to sasasuka station. It’s located to the left of Lawsons in the courtyard (when facing Lawsons). We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and had sufficient space for 4 of us. Watch out for the low doorframes. Lawsons/starbucks/ kfc and other food options on its doorstep. Also frente shopping centre and uniglo. One stop to Shinjuku (5 minutes). They do not have luggage storage before/ after check in.

This place is ideal for a family, it’s right off a train station, close to Shibuya but not Shibuya pricing. Clean, quiet, and enough space to house a family of 5. Would go back in a heart beat.

Great property overall. Clean, spacious, next to a shopping center and train line. But the staff was rarely at the front desk, so it was hard to ask questions. Would absolutely stay again though.

Amazing!

Amazing location right next to the keio line lots of amenities around the hotel including cafe Uniqlo etc big rooms with washing machines/dryer and kitchen. The staff were kind and helped with luggage delivery offered right next door at Lawson 10/10 would recommend

The location directly at the station is extremely convenient. There are several malls and shopping spots, and all too many places too choose from to eat.

Nicely located near train station. Pretty specious compared to the other hotels in Tokyo.Four of us stayed in a quadruple room. Laundry machine is a plus point also an elevator is there as well. Over all great value for your money.

Lots of things and places to do around and near hotel. Very close to the train station and only 1 stop away from Shinjuku. We like our hotel space. It’s spacious compare to standard Japanese hotels or apartments.

Location was incredibly close to konbini, restaurants and the train station. Less than a 10 minute train ride to Shinjuku station so it was very convenient to drop off our shopping and head out again for more! The in-suite laundry was amazingly helpful especially since we were travelling in the sweaty summer months. Loved how much space there was compared to the other hotels we've stayed at in the Shinjuku area. The only thing this property lacked was on site luggage storage after check out. They are however, able to receive luggage delivery on the day of check-in, for those who are planning to use luggage forwarding services. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked all of the stay at Kario Sasazuka Terrace. A couple of things that can be improved is to clearly mark their entrance. It was hard to locate first time when we got to the building. Second, there is no luggage keeping service after we checkout. Our flight was in the evening, so we have to extend the hotel for extra day just because there's no luggage keeping.

The apartment style hotel was comfortable for our family of four on vacation. The rooms and property were clean. The location is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and a train station. It is a great jumping off spot to see Tokyo.
