This was our first time checking into "Minn", and did not realize they have a self checkin process. We arrived 3 hrs ahead of our check-in time, and were asked to come back in 3 hrs to check in - which is ok. However, they had no proper way to hold our baggage for 3 hrs. They directed us to a storage closet by the front desk, but all racks were full. After a while, a staff member was sent to help us, who merely took the bags and moved them back into front desk sitting area (no concept of securing them away...they were there in the open for next 3-4 hrs). We could not get hot water in shower, but again - unfortunately there was no front desk or staff to reach out to. Overall, lack of staff coupled with their location (which was 12-15 mins away from nearest train station) was a disappointment.

Great little gem just outside of central Tokyo!
Great stay. Prompt communication from the hotel way in advance and on multiple occasions. Check in was easy over a video call. If you arrive early there’s a self service storage area with locks to secure your luggage. Location is convenient as long as you can walk to the nearest train stations.

Great value for your money. Near many stores and restaurants. Downside is it will still be a minimum 11 minutes walk to the train station. Also cleaning only available if you stay 7 days or longer. I love the place is so safe. We often go out around 2AM to go to the 24 hour stores nearby and no issues walking around the neighborhood.

We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and laundry machine. The price was affordable and the size was great for our family of four. The nearby neighbourhood is very nice and it is easy to get around Tokyo via transit from this location.

Great location at the end of Kappabashi shopping district. Also a short walk from main parts of Asakusa. Not particularly close to a train station. Short walk to Asakusa train station (Tsukuba system) and longer walk to Iriya station (Tokyo metro). Property is clean and well run as is most, if not all, other Minn locations.

No receptionist at the front. However, you fill out a survey before getting there and just enter your code into IPAD to get your room information. Locks are unlocked with a code. Check out by scanning QR code. Stayed for 4 days there and did not have any trouble with the noise. At night is really quiet but fun is a 15 min walk away. Train station is walking distant. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The washer and dryer was a big plus. The closest subway station is around 8-10 min walk. It is a 15 min walk to senso-ji and the busy shopping area which is very convenient. I had a slight issue with the checkin process and it didn’t find my reservation on the self serve system - lucky there was a staff on site at that time. Most of the time you do not see anyone. The room felt a little cramp and had a motel feel at first. But can’t complain for that price and location

Modern and clean apartment in a good location, we had everything we needed to enjoy Tokyo and its amenities. Reception is remote, but they are very responsive. I appreciated the luggage locker at the entrance. Check-in time is strict.

Had a great stay as a family of 4, including two teenagers. Managed with two single beds, and two mattresses on a tatami mat. Great facilities, including great sized bathroom, separate toilet and laundry washer/drier in one a real blessing. Kitchen well resourced. clean linen, and whilst not daily service to room and serviced when requested, and weekly. Self check in a little confusing at first, but worked it out. Loved we could leave our luggage locked up if checking in early, or checking out late. Being on Kappabashi Street, lots of great shopping, a 7Eleven, FamilyMart and Aeon Supermarket all very close by, and Larger LIFE supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful Senso-ji Temple and it's surrounds a short walk, along with all its fun and fascinating laneways and shopping Alleys, so much to explore at the doorstep. Some great small, traditional and local restaurants just around the corner in the backstreets nearby. While train stations are not that close, buses that link to the trains are just a short walk away, and train stations are walkable but a little further away. Time to other popular parts of Tokyo, like Shinjuku about 40 minutes away by bus/train. Overall had a great stay and would be keen to stay here again if we were lucky enough to return.

Nice area to stay. Walking distance to Asakusa and very near to sub station. Property are clean and comfortable. Unfortunate incident is saw a huge cockroaches on the first day, my first time killing Japan cockroach LOL

I love that there is a laundry, dryer machine in the room. The room itself is big and comfortable for two people. The self check in and out process is also incredibly fast and convenient!

The front desk is via virtual assistance, so pretty useless. The water is not always hot, so you need to learn pretty quick how to operate the water panel- which it is only Japanese. The washer/ dryer combo is only in Japanese and even using Google translate, it was a challenge to get it going. It is FAR from a train station. And the fotos on the website are not accurate of how the rooms looks like.

I’m love its close proximity to the train station, only 14 minutes walk to the nearest station! Many dining and grocery options around the area. Only 14 minutes walk to Asakusa Don Quijote and other shopping options. And just a few minutes to Senso-ji Temple from there! I love this district!
