Right across from the Takadanobaba station for the JY like and other metro lines are close by. Theres also a don quoite next door as well as some resturants. But its a little noisy at night because of this location. The rooms were good, small, but compared to other Sotetsus we've been at I like this ones room layouts the best. I felt we had a bit more space to put our luggages and items in comparison to other hotels of this brand. The pillows werent the best, but seem to be standard to this hotel chain as well. But the staff were nice, friendly. The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. And they accept luggage delivery which was important to us.

The room was clean, however the bathroom smelled a little funny... Everything else was great, though. Breakfast service was above average. Check in and out via screen was easy and staff were available around the corner if help is needed. The hotel location is very convenient with Takadanobaba stn. within sight of the hotel.

I am so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, new, and comfortable. The location is excellent in terms of convenience stores, dining, and there is even a Don Quijote next door. Not sure why some people in the reviews had issues finding food as there is heaps in the area. In terms of public transport it is also well connected, being a 3 min walk to Takadanobaba Station. If you are flying into Narita it is very easy to get to this hotel and you only need to change trains once assuming you take the Skyliner like I did. The buffet breakfast was also decent and there were plenty of options for food both Western and Japanese - so if you want one less thing to worry about do the breakfast as it really made our trip so seamless. This is a great place to stay in Tokyo and it will be my hotel of choice when I return as the price was great value considering all of the above. I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough.

We love to stay at this hotel. It's close to train, shops, convenient store, eatery , good size room and provided toiletries items and even included face mask, hair keratin, bath powder for bathtub, sunscreen and moisturizer and face cleaning. The staff also very friendly and we can borrow the umbrella while it's raining. Definitely will stay again if go to Tokyo
