My stay was very good. The room was small but functional and just fine for one. The morning breakfast was also good. The neighborhood was nice and quiet yet convenient to transport, food, etc. The only comment I might have for future guests is the hotel is located on a hill so to get anywhere requires a bit of up and down - not bad - but might be an issue for some, especially with luggage. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff who were very helpful and assisted us during our stay in Tokyo. Short walk to Restaurants and pubs in the area and would recommend to anyone traveling to Tokyo.

This hotel is much more run down than the photos. Housekeeping only once in 3 days. Located on top of a hill. Quite a walk from the metro station especially with luggage and young kids at the end of the day. Breakfast buffet is good but a bit over priced.

It’s a quiet and safe area for families. There isn’t much dining options around so for a late dinner, Uber may be your best choice or 7-11 a few blocks away is also good. Lots of good hot food.

A modest but very pleasant stay. Rooms are nothing luxurious but have everything you need. Staff are great. Area around has tons of resurants and shops, but is pretty quiet and is a nice place to come back to after a day out in somewhere as busy as Tokyo.

Nice quiet location for Tokyo if you want to get away from it all in the evenings... We had 2 adults, 2 kids and the room we had was too small (reason for 4 stars). Perfect for 2 people, good value, great breakfast, friendly staff and 7 min walk to Chiyoda line. All in all great stay.
