Staff was english-speaking for the most part, and helpful with menial tasks. Accommodations could have been better, the mattress feels like cardboard and the pillows are like rocks. Bathrooms are small and the only thing it had going for it was the toilet. Not recommended for more than one traveler per room.
Spacious, very clean and modern room. Good buffet.
Conveniently located to 2 metro lines.
Self serve laundry.
Excellent stay.

This hotel provides a 5 star breakfast that makes up for areas where hotel does not meet excellent standards . Room size was small . Lightning in room could be much brighter. Adding a full length body mirror in rooms would be nice.
The room and hotel seemed very clean and was located in a very nice area with lots to do and restaurants near by . I would visit again for the breakfast. Lobby offered complimentary expresso , cappuccino, water , snack in lobby 24hrs which was great . Washing machine and dryer available for guest . Checking in was seamless . Very pleasant staff .
Amazing location great breakfast included in a lovely lounge that is calm and nicely designed. For how cheap this hotel is we were very pleased. Beds are small and hard but we did fine with two small kids. Next to a playground and great connections. Alasaka station is a must for Harry Potter fans and the lift up to hotel from there made it a breeze.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms where comfortable enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Breakfast was delicious and little treats where served at lobby in the evenings. Everything is at a walking distance maybe 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and
Akasaka station. Would definitely stay here again.
It was a good stay. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, Tiny but comfortable rooms. (Put your luggage under bed, you will have more space to move around) You can walk to the nearest station but you can also get taxis on the street. Staff can also request taxi for you. Overall I liked it.
It’s a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city life. After a day of exploring and shopping and coming back to the quiet hotel is nice.
Breakfast is from 7-9 which is a good time before things open up and was very decent. My fiancé and I really liked the chicken selection the four nights we stayed. They also had a mini pop-up snack bar. We didn’t catch all days but one day we saw they had strawberry-bean daifukus which were really good.
The cons of staying here is the bed is hard/firm. The location of the hotel is on hilly streets, so going to and from a convenience store or nearest train station may be a trek.
