Smoking room means smoking in the room itself. Television has no casting options for international travellers and no Netflix. Bring sticky notes or similar to block out the bright lights from aircon, tv and dehumidifier.

We checked in late and left early. It was a stop over for the airport. My main complaint is that the hotel advertises that they have a laundry facility. They do not have one, they take your laundry and send it off property. The laundry facility was one of the reasons we booked here so we could have clean clothes before traveling. We did eat the breakfast buffet which was 10 dollars US per person and it was very good. The room was comfortable but there was a lot of dust accumulated on the air conditioning vents and in the corners of the room.

The property was clean and the staff are very friendly and excellent. We got checked out in less than a minute. The property is less than a block from the train station(like 3 minutes walk). The area around is very quiet and convenient with little stores but not a whole lot of dining option around. The hotel room is a little small for 3 full beds (we expect it in Japan :)) the room was cleaned every day and the cleaners were very nice and polite. The only negative was the rock hard pillows they have, otherwise everything else was great! I will recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Tokyo.👍

Stayed here for two nights and then checked out. Had some trouble with the flight home and came right back for another night. Great value for proximity to Haneda airport, Omorikaigan station is right across the street and Shinagawa Aquarium is a 10 min walk. Will stay again.
