In a quiet neighborhood but walk about 15 minutes and you get to a large market with a lot touristy spots. Best of both worlds. Staff was super nice too.
It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, near local food shops and 7 minutes walk from Minowa Station - Hibiya Line. The place is so simple that it gives you exactly what you need. I stayed in mixed dorm room with my husband, it was warm inside the room
Materasso fine e scomodissimo.
