Good place to crash overnight
It was a convenient place to sleep, with parking, wi-if, a helpful staff, and a limited but sufficient breakfast. The room was very small but clean. The mattress was very firm for US standards, but normal for Japan standards. About 30 minutes to Disneyland via public bus. A good number of the guests seem to be Disney-bound.

Convenient, clean, and cheap
Great staff, no frills hotel perfect for staying on a budget but close to the metro. The bed is a bit hard and the pillow not ideal, but otherwise I’d absolutely stay again (and bring my own pillow)

Great place to stay for cheap. There are smoking rooms available. Breakfast is bread, minced eggs and macaroni salad, coffee orange juice. Accommodating staff, broken Japanese is A-Okay!

ディズニー合間に利用。お部屋は値段相応、スタッフさんはとても丁寧で、親切、好感が持てました。わかっていたことですが、駐車場が満車で歩いて２、3分のところに停めました。夜遅くで、男手なしの子連れだったので、ちょっと大変だなぁと感じてしまいました。それでもこのお値段で泊まれたのはとても助かりました。

Comfort, Affordability, and Great Service!
Stayed here for 3D2N. The staffs are friendly and speaks very good English. Stay is comfortable with an affordable price, and even comes with a complimentary breakfast. Very near Urayasu station, as well as nearby restaurants like Sukiya! We will stay here again when we return to Tokyo Disney Resort! Thank you very much for the nice stay Urayasu Sun Hotel! :)

Overall wasn’t a bad place if you just need a place to sleep. Of course, wasn’t to our expectation as I reserved a queen size bed only to get two twin beds pushed together covered in a queen size sheet. Pillows are filled with cotton and foam beads (bean bag chair beads) and we only got two pillows. I understand Japan hotel standards are different, but in regards to paying extra for a “queen” size bed that wasn’t the actual size and we could of easily got another place and done the same thing is annoying. Amenities are very little for what you pay for in my option.

ディズニーリゾートに行くために宿泊したが、近くにバスもコンビニもあり交通の便はすごく良かった。ただ風呂場のにおいがとても気になる。カーテンだと思うがカビっぽいにおいが充満していた。

初めて家族で利用させていただきました。 スタッフさんもすごく親切で部屋は子供と添い寝だった為少し狭くは感じましたが全然快適に過ごせました。 朝は朝食がセットでついておりポテトサラダ、パンいただきました！ また千葉に行く際は是非利用したいです。
