Check in was very busy with what appeared to be a large group. Completed were slow, which wasn't helpful but Tim checked us in quickly. He was very professional and efficient. Very happy with our stay here.

I used the valet parking, which was listed as $28 a night. They put a $100 hold on my card and i have not been credited the difference yet. Valet fee would have been $56 for the two nights.

Very disappointed with the bar service. We arrived around 6pm on Saturday evening, and the regular bartender was busy at the service bar. There was 2 other managers/bartenders helping her. We sat right next to the service bar for 10 minutes, and not a single one of them said anything to us. Not even, hi guys we we will be with you in a minute. It felt like we were not even there..... the managers/back up bartenders didn't even care about the guest at the bar, all they wanted is to get the drinks out to the tables in the dining room. Very disappointed, so we left and not a single person working said anything to us. The vibe at the bar was very cold. You could tell that the guest at the bar was unsatisfied with the service they were recieving.

Trash can full of trash and beer cans was left in room by desk so it was not empty, the dispenser in the showers was empty, luckily i brought my own shower stuff. So it makes me wonder if the sheets was changed.
