Hotels.com charged 30% than regular price
Super high cost versus condition of hotel. Additionally the webpage charged +30% of what the price to public was. When you arrive to the hotel the most expensive room was MXN$1,500, Hotels.com charged it at MXN$2,160 per night!! This is unacceptable, I thought using Hotels.com you get a better deal, when it is more expensive than just arriving to the hotel.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Parking across the street was a big convenience. Most everything you wanted to do was within walking distance. Very simple but, very home like. Asffordable. I would stay there again if I were to visit Valle de Bravo again.

The hotel needs definitely to be updated. Very poor condition. Situated on the party street that has music and people screaming all night long. Impossible to sleep. Bed was comfortable but the room looks like it did in the 1960s. Really needs an update. Nice staff and accommodating. No restaurant on the premises. Value not there.

Cold Dingy Room.
Room was dingy and cold, even with the blankets provided and fireplace going. But the room was not the real problem it was the customer service or lack thereof. We asked if we could change rooms and were told there were no rooms left, when clearly there were two or three vacant rooms across from ours. When I asked about the vacant rooms the receptionist told us that those were reserved for repeating customers. I would not stay in this hotel again. There are plenty of better options. Just keep looking.

Buen hotel para conocer el centro de valle
Hotel muy limpio y céntrico solo a unos pasos del centro y de toda la zona comercial de valle, solo nos faltó leña para usar la chimenea nos comentaron que ya no se puede usar pero todo bien en general

TERRIBLE imposible dormir, NO TE QUEDES AHÍ
El hotel está viejo, nos asignaron una habitación que está sobre un bar, con música a todo lo que da, toda la madrugada, imposible dormir. Es como estar dentro del antro. NO DEBERÍAN OFRECER una habitación está llena de escándalo. Uno espera descansar en un hotel, es imposible dormir ahí. El hotel bastante viejo y caro. NO SE QUEDEN AHÍ POR NADA DEL MUNDO.

La ubicación fue buena, sin embargo las instalaciones están en malas condiciones. El baño esta viejo, manchado. Se escucha todo el ruido entre las habitaciones. Se envio un correo que decía que la habitación estaba en un pasillo donde se escuchaba mucho ruido, sin embargo fue hasta la noche previa, tarde para buscar otro hotel. Considerando la época invernal fue más preocupante que la habitación tenía corrientes de aire.

No recomiendo nada. Al lado hay un bar y suena bastante ruido hasta las 4am. También escuchaba ruido desde habitación arriba. Aparte nunca salía agua caliente y hubo gotea desde arriba. El baño del recepción no cierra la puerta. La recepcionista nunca está en la recepción. El colchón de las camas súper dura. Para ser 1800 pesos no tiene nada calidad. Demasiado caro.
