Muy malo hotel muy inseguro .deje en la puerta no molestar y de todas formas entraron a mi cuarto y rompio la recámarera algunos cosméticos Makeup que tenia en mi cama ... le dije a recepción y nada hicieron me dijeron que le dirian a la recamarera para que me pagara ... eso es totalmente ridículo. Terrible hotel para hospedaje. No lo recomiendo para nada no hay seguridad ni respeto para los huéspedes

El lugar cuenta con los servicios adecuados para un hotel de 3 estrellas. además La ubicación es excelente, en frente del parque recreativo y aguas termales de Ixtapan y a 4 cuadras caminando al centro.

This wasn’t by a far a 4 star hotel!!!! I requested an iron and they said they didn’t have one. No hair dyer I the bathroom and very cheap toiletries. I could never find anyone to give me a towel for the pool. The receptionist had an attitude and in general the hotel needs to be updated. Very old

Las imágenes del hotel no son lo que realmente es el lugar, esta viejo y no le han dado renovación, hay cucarachas. Y las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y estan hirviendo los cuartos. Cobran en demasia la persona extra en 620 pesos y el niño en 200 pesos.
