"utterly utterly bad,never ever ever will stay here, to start with bad, filthy, smelly rooms, no locks on cupboard, no hot water (in Dec) had to wait for heating rod for 3hours, tried to charge for complimentary water bottle had to argue to get it free, breakfast only 2 pooris that too delivered in ..."
