Was told ac wasn’t working after I already checked in
It wasn’t clean and the towels were just thrown on the bed so I didn’t know if they were clean or not when I checked in i put my stuff in the wrong room so I called the home owner during the conversation he then told me “the AC has been out for couple days during the night it should be okay” it was over the 30 degrees that week I asked him if I could get a refund because I wasn’t going to go somewhere else I tried contacting him for a few days he stopped responding.
