We were upset to have a multitude of flies and a cockroach on our room. The night manager said the situation warranted a room change but as the hotel was full, we had to stay in the assigned room despite the fact that pests in the room like we experienced required a room change. The hotel manager was unfriendly and unsympathetic. We were given a free (limited) breakfast for our inconvenience.

I have stayed here before but its not my first choice. This one Monday night stay was not only more expensive than the past times, the room was in ill repair and there were multiple large beetle-type bugs in the bathroom. This will no longer be a place i choose as a back up when other hotels are not available.

I was charged 3 times Once before i got there The second when i checked in then Overnight i hot charged another 150 So for 596 i got charged $1200 And the inconvenience of speaking to the front desk people. Also the phones didnt work The shower had mold
