The bottle of wine, mini muffins, and morning coffee were a nice offering but they are no replacement for the closed restaurant and lounge. Overall the room was fine but it was not worth the price. The staff was friendly when greeting and accommodating when I needed a bandaid ans bottled water. We were also given an accessible room, but i don't think this is what i booked. Didn’t make a fuss about it becuase we were tired and wanted to eat and rest after finally getting to the hotel. Check in/check out were a breeze. But likely won't book this hotel. Wasn't what I expected.

This was not the worst property we stayed in on our tour of Canada, but probably the most disappointing given the price. Good: the room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable, had a fridge/coffee machine.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not so good: decor was tired (late 1980s), no cold water in the sink, couldn't use the bath because the plug no longer fitted. Overall the fittings were in a poor state. Desperately needs a bit of a refurb. Entertainment system was also 1990s (paid adult channels in this day and age??? seriously?). No dining capability or facility either. Overall the hotel was OK, room was large and not uncomfortable, but the price doesn't reflect this and the fact there were minimal facilities in the hotel and the overall condition was very tired.

Great for business trips

I enjoyed my suite, it had plenty of space to get work done, relax, and of course sleep. Multiple lamps + dimmers were a great alternative to bright overhead lighting. French doors between the living and sleeping areas was a nice touch. Close to many restaurants, 24/7 drug store for essentials, will stay here again.

The room was substandard for the price. There was no restaurant and food can not be delivered to the room. The morning muffins were wrapped in plastic and too sugary to be considered food.
