Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent facilities, very helpful staff, great location! Wifi worked very well, regular housekeeping, very helpful and efficient housekeepers. Plenty of room, seperate dressing room living room bedroom bathroom. Excellent value! Free coffee and muffins.

I hesitated booking this room because there were no refunds and I was scared to commit in case I had to cancel my trip, but I am so glad I finally booked it. The location is ideal- there are great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room were a fabulous size and the feeling was one of being in a small apartment as opposed to a hotel. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. Coffee was refilled every day and I was given a bottle of wine for the stay. The reception team was very firendly and had great suggestions. Without a doubt, next time I am in Toronto I will be staying in this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!
