First the negative: The breakfast was not good. Powdered scrambled eggs were difficult to eat; the fruit bowl was almost bare. The bacon was very good - not greasy, and very tasty. However: Everything else about our Valentine weekend visit was exceptionally good: the room was clean and all amenities worked. ( It would have been nice to have a TV guide to let us know what was on the various channels. ) But the big issue was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. Smiles everywhere. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING ! We look forward to our next stay.

We love the room setting, separate living room, and very clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The only small problem is our room faces to the busy road, a bit noisy and I have problem to sleep with some noise. I will mention that before I book the room next time.

This was a great location for our visit. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet rooms. There is a hot tub, exercise room with sauna available which was perfect after a day of sight seeing.

Have stayed there many times, the rooms and hotel itself is always clean and quiet. The new draw of the breakfast buffet is promoted but a bit of a joke. It is to small for the size of the hotel and on Sunday morning when we went to use 2 of our 6 tickets we where told there where no tables and we could use a takeout box and take the food to our room. The only problem with that was there was also nominal food. We walked down the street to the Sunset Grill at Yonge and Richmond Streets. The breakfast buffet was to be a bonus, what a joke.
