The temperature in the room Was not controllable. Too hot. Only choice was to turn off. When reaching front desk… they indicated it was governed by the building and if too hot they could provide a fan!!!

Start with the location which is great! There is a small grocer on the corner, coffee joint and Ramen place very close as well. Steps away from Yonge and easy walking almost everywhere in the city! The staff are very friendly and efficient! The elevators are quick and easy to use. The rooms are great and clean! Love the bedroom, living room, kitchenette style room. Big windows and easy environmental controls. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is 5 Stars but I have to give 4 only because of the lack of breakfast. They have plastic wrapped muffins and coffee. There is a room beside the lobby where they could offer some kind of better amenity with a better continental type service. We will be back!

Our stay was amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was done daily. The location was the best easy access to almost everthing we wanted to to within walking distance. Large amount of eating options very close. Would love to return the next time we visit Toronto.
