This was a short stay in Toronto before heading towards the lakes, its well situated for tue city center pubs and attractions, the dtaff were welcoming and attentive, nice stay.

We stayed in a lovely corner king suite, which was very clean and spacious. The staff were kind and helpful, and I liked the additional security overnight. We didn't love the area this hotel was situated in (financial district) because all the restaurants close by were obviously meant to cater to the working crowd as they were large, unoriginal and expensive, but it was a 20-30 minute walk to the arena and other sights and areas we wanted to see, which was great.

The hotel is very convenient, clean, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. My sole negative comment is the extremely restrictive visitor policy. I would have liked to have a pre dinner drink in our room with a friend I hadn’t seen in years, but according to the guest policy, that’s not allowed. I realize the security issues, and they make sense after hours, but not during the day.

The property is situated around what seemed to be a not safe area. There were individuals laid about the sidewalk asleep on the streets right outside the hotel. I was expecting the hotel to be very luxurious from the pictures and reviews, but it was not. It is dated and an older hotel.

Amazing stay! The staff are the best part of the hotel - they are so kind and even let us check in very early, and leave our bags there before our flight while we explored the city. The rooms were great as well - very clean.
