The room set up was great, but our TV didn’t work properly and the maintenance person who came to fix it, didn’t. He said he would inquire about the problem and return, but he didn’t so we had no tv option the night we stayed. Additionally, upon booking we were to have a complimentary bottle of wine in our room, which we didn’t have and had to request. The hotel had us go to the front desk to prove that this was part of our booking, which seemed like a cop out for us to go and collect the wine verses someone bringing it to our room. Finally, breakfast was not good. We had to wait for about 20 minutes in line to even get into the dining room. The scrambled eggs were runny, the French toast was dry and there was no bacon left when we arrived and it was not replenished while we were there. Additionally, there was no water available and I had to ask and wait for quite a while for that to be replenished. Overall, I don’t know if I’d stay again.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast did not have enough seating space for guests and a couple of our party complained of the showers not working properly. The location was excellent. We paid for early check in but all of our rooms were ready when we got there so although paying the early check in fee guaranteed a place to gather it was not necessary in the end. Parking was very reasonable and the hotel was easy to travel to.

We arrived 4 hours early, leave home early because of the incoming snow storm. We were allowed to check in to our room at 12:15 and full access to the hotel. This place is great, right in the downtown core and walking distance to lot of tourist sites. It is very great that you can walking into the path system of downtown Toronto without going outside and go most places dry and warm in the downtown core

The room was clean, breakfast, was great with many options, hot tub and sauna was relaxing after a cold winter day...but the Best part of staying here, was the staff!!! Amazing, from the very helpful Front desk, who went, above and beyond for me, and the housekeeping and other staff .. To hey we're all fantastic! I loved staying here, the staff was the best part

The breakfast was crowded. It was not organized at all. We saw a table and took it, but then came the waitress saying there was a queue (non-existent) and told someone else to occupy the table, basically telling to my son, my wife and me to get lost. Super poor experience, and very rude. We took it to the receptionist but I did not receive any solution just something like “too bad, so sad” from her that was insulting. It’s a pity because I considered myself a loyal customer but now I don’t know.
