Reception staff, several room attendants, dinning staff and a maintenance man, the staff provided impeccable service that was warm and efficient. A toilet had a problem. at 23h00 which was fixed and the water cleaned up in 20 minutes, and the night manager slipped an apology under my door. Meals were fresh, tasty and nutritious. Subway on the corner, high end shopping, concert hall and museums within three blocks

The Price was enormous for what we’ve got. No breakfast or parking included for a king bed bedroom for 1,170$? That’s was mean like for real. But overall the service was excellent and really friendly. Pretty excellent mention for the excellent service that the valet gave us I don’t remember his name but he was soooo amazing he worked Tuesday 5 nov at 8pm and the 6 nov at the same hour .

Great hotel in a not so great area. The actual “Yorkville” area is well west of where the hotel is. Not much in walking distance for food other than fast food joints.
