Great staff very welcoming. Good location right by the airport, room was comfy. Breakfast was available every morning and coffee was also available 24/7. Overall a great stay.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was very appreciated. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. We did have to carry luggage up the stairs but that wasn’t to bad.

The property and room is very outdated. The beds were very hard. No elevator so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. Caution signs on stair and ramp. They have airport shuttle 24 hrs. Food was ok but expensive. Coffee in the room was disgusting. I would not recomend this hotel. Deck in front of hotel is wobbly and a trip hazard.

It was dirty, old, everything about the room/building was gross and disgusting. The breakfast was TERRIBLE, the scrambled eggs were like dry little crumbles and the sausages were over cooked and looked like they were from the previous morning, I didn't eat anything. The coffee was like brown water. My entire experience was awful and I will NEVER stay there again. The only good thing about the experience was the wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Run down room with carpet stains no washroom fan and peeling wallpaper. There was a smell of garbage in the lobby. Mystery sausage served for breakfast. Loud cleaning staff. Cleaning staff knocking on a door with a do not disturb sign at 930am on a Sunday.

First of all, the basic requirement for a hotel room, privacy, was absent. The curtains do NOT provide any privacy. The room darkening curtains do not close all the way only a quarter of the wall on each side and the “white” curtains let in so much light it was impossible to sleep. The low wall mounted split air conditioner was mounted right beside the bed and it was very very noisy. The beds smelled funky and damp. The hotel was very noisy overall. There was no welcome bottle of water. We were directed to the store or the tap. The breakfast time was a struggle. Almost 40 people scrambling for food without guidance. I didn’t even bother. I wouldn’t call it family friendly considering I didn’t see any family friendly features or services. I’ve stayed at good hotels and inns. I won’t be adding this to that list nor returning there. The only plus was the proximity to the airport and that they offer airport shuttle. Service was also as good as it could get with the infrastructure.
We had to attempt extending the room darkening curtains - didn’t help with getting the required good sleep after a flight.

A good option for an overnight stay between flights. Had a surprisingly quiet night. Free breakfast and shuttle to airport a bonus. Very friendly staff. Convenient location to airport. Restaurant and convenience store on site useful if needed.
