Read the description, clearly. I was not aware there is no elevator. They have a secure storage room, if you do not wish to carry your luggage up, but do it immediately as you go to back of line once you walk away from front desk. The shower had limited pressure ended up having a bath instead. Breakfast only 630 to 930. No bagged breakfast, as some other hotels do when you depart early. When transfer is full, you are expected to put your small luggage on your lap or at your feet. All outlets were used by the lamps and small appliances, the plug in on the night stand was wobbly so had to remove coffee pot to charge electronics over night. The airport transfer is free and reliable.

Great inexpensive stop on the way to the airport!! Limited parking, but a lot of that had to do with so much snow this winter and couldn't be helped. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurants and convenience stores super handy. Convenience store operator was extra kind!! Will be back!!!

The hotel was pretty run down and really chaotic during check in. The room was stark, with no decor or efforts to make it comfortable. The paint on the walls was peeling, there was a terrible mildew smell in the room, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy. We were disturbed several times throughout the night by excessively loud guest in the halls. Luckily we were only there for enough time to sleep one night but it was incredibly disappointing that I very carefully selected a hotel with great reviews and it was not anything close to an 8.0 worthy rating. The parking was also sketchy, the lot at the hotel was full and I had to park at the overflow lot that was between the next two buildings which meant I had to walk back to the hotel in the dark.
