Staff at front desk, restaurant and lounge are hard working and knowledgeable and friendly. The location is what it is being near airport. Shuttle was great too. There is a need for extensive renovations. Most areas are repaired or patched poorly. Steps to rooms. Carpets. Various areas are in poor condition. The bed was clean. Shower was hot and good water pressure. There was a lot of unravelling carpet. Peeling from damage paint and ceilings. Non working bathroom fan. The sink plug literally came out of the taps. The shower taps literally came out of the wall. Various use of chalking and paint and or ceramic paint to cover up things that need replacement. The price reflects this and overall the staff are trust worthy. The location has no safety threats. The food at restaurant was decent. The shuttle was on point too. Just know that the price reflects it is not modern and is a place to be safe and rest until your next adventure.

One night before flying to Halifax

The place was ok for one night before I took a flight out of Toronto. I liked the shuttle service and the convenience of being close to the airport. The hotel was a bit dated but comfortable and clean

A great stay

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The. Front desk lady while checking in wasn’t very pleasant person. The morning front desk lady was really nice. Had to wait quite a long time for the shuttle, but it came. It was a great stay between flights. I highly recommend it.
