Airport shuttle to the airport really was wonderful for us. They start breakfast hours early to accommodate early flights and had some hot items like eggs and sausage. Our room was fine. I would stay again if flying in or out of Toronto.

Good value and location

Good value with breakfast and shuttle included. The room was dark due to the small window and brown walls. Too much use of single use items such as paper cups wrapped in plastic and all breakfast items were disposable.

Needed only a room for a few hours before our 6:45 am flight. Rooms were very clean. Shuttle was right on time and took us only 5 minutes to get to Terminal 3. Will definitely stay there again.

Older property. Very close to airport and the shuttle is a bonus. Strong smell of cleaners, so may not be ideal foe those with scent sensitivities. Decor is dated, but coffee, fridge, shampoo are all available.

Friendly and efficient reception staff. A special thank you to Melody for taking the time to make sure our shuttle bus reservation was taken at the right time. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. I do have to say that on the whole I'm disappointed with the quality of food being served across the hotel chain though. Please review how much you are spending on this for your guests
