Hotel advertises a shuttle service from the airport. I waited outside for over an hour and called 3 times for the shuttle. Each time I was told it would be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. The shuttle drove by once in that time and didn’t stop long enough for me to cross the sidewalk before it left. In the time I waited I saw the other airport hotel shuttles go by 3 times and two of them four times. When I was finally picked up it took less than 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Neither the person I called nor the front desk could explain where the shuttle was in all that time. After 20 hours of travelling I was not expecting to wait for a shuttle. Given that the other hotels were able to provide a consistent service I can’t see the value of staying at this hotel.

Room was OK. There is a pizza place nearby (they also makes other dishes like butter chicken, shawarma, etc) that was open until 11 pm, which really helped us. The morning shuttle was overbooked, but they called a taxi for us. There was some initial confusion because they did not explain that they had called a taxi and only repeated that the shuttle was full and we should sit down. Clearer communication would have avoided the misunderstanding.

The property is tired. Upgrades have been made but poorly executed. Shuttle from the airport is on time and arrives twice every hour. The departure shuttle is also on time as requested. The front desk staff appear tired and fed up. There is no one to assist with getting luggage up and down the stairs and there is no elevator. Breakfast food was decent and plentiful.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean but shower and tub are below standard. Shower had very little pressure. We were on the second floor and with no elevators. Both of us are seniors and had to carry large suitcases to second floor. Was not aware nor did I locate in hotel info that there was no elevator. As a senior unless you are out on the main floor I would not stay there again.

Airport shuttle was full we had to leave a half hour earlier but worked to our advantage. A little disappointed to find we were not booked for park and fly so we had to find a park and fly and pay for two weeks parking but they were great. So when booking through a third party make sure of what you get with your package. And a great bartender who remembers us every time we stay, is one of the reasons we keep coming back

I booked the airport shuttle late upon arrival. Watched them write it down but it did not get passed to “official” sheet for 5:30 am. They did get us on after some light arguing. But then the driver gave us and another couple some grief because we weren’t on the “official” sheet. Not a great way to start a travel day dealing with an angry old man.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff is kindly allowed us to store our luggage before the check in time. Only the noise from the aircraft taking off or landing was loud in the night. The hotel has no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, this may be a concern.
