We were at the lobby at 5:50 AM for the 6 AM shuttle. There were so many people that we wouldn’t have gotten on until the 7 o’clock shuttle and so I had to take a taxi to the airport.. The other thing was that the heater air conditioner Was quite loud. Other than lunch as I already checked off the others things were good. But both these things mattered.

There was a dirty sock in my bathroom and so much dust that my fingers left prints in the dust. When I brought photos to reception I was given a bottle of water and a snack bar. Not would I would expect from a hotel chain of this reputation

I would recommend a bigger shuttle bus to air port, or a second bus running. Or when checking in ask guest what time they would be using the shuttle so you know the amount of people using the shuttle at the time. Alot of ppl ended up having to get taxi to the airport
