Second stay at this property (was hoping the 1st bad experience was a one off but it wasnt.) Property inside and around hotel was not clean, and is extremely dated. My room was not available after check in time, was told to wait or downgrade with no compensation offer. Hotel staff were not helpful. Had to threaten to leave just to get my booked room for a 3 night stay. Upon entry suite was not vacuumed, or cleaned at all, could not use ceiling fan as it was covered in thick dust. Bathub and spa tub still had dirt and soap in it. There were actual holes in the wall and peeling wallpaper. Hot food is not included in breakfast you must pay extra. Very deceitful on website.

A convenient hotel relative near to the last Subway station (10 min walking). The surrounding area is still under construction. Once the new apartment buildings are completed, the neighborhood is going to be improved; now, it is something isolated. Coming by car is an excellent location.

Plumbing is extremely loud and everytime someone showered or ran the jacuzzi i would be woken up. The first night someone decided to run their jacuzzi from 10:30pm 12 and the sound is unbearable. I was woken up out of my sleep and am up at 430am for work. The hotel did nothing for me and no compensation. Each night was horrible They said they would change my towels everyday and turnover my room every other day. They only changee towels 2/4 days. Horrible service and cleanliness. Lack of sleep due to noise.
