Pillows and mattress was terrible. Front desk staff not too friendly . Parking is a mess. But an inexpensive hotel so you get what you pay for . Hotel itself was clean

This was convenient after a long flight; it's a very basic, small, almost strip-mall hotel, with no in-room coffee (Subway is next door). There IS a microwave. Just know going in - if you need a quick sleep bring earplugs - small, tiled hallways and skylight windows on the 2nd floor to airplanes above.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reservation said they had a shuttle to and from the airport, so I went to the level where all the shuttles pick up passengers. I kept waiting for a shuttle to arrive from Nu Hotel. I saw Holiday Inn, Coast, Radisson, Best Western, etc. shuttles pull up and load passengers. I never saw one from Nu Hotel, so I called the hotel and the lady who was almost impossible to understand due to her very thick East Indian accent, said I had to go to a different level at the airport. She said go to where the GoodLife Fitness was located and they would call the shuttle and have them pick me up. I asked how long that would take and she said 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I called again and she said it would be there in five or ten minutes. The shuttle came and the driver was the rudest man you could ever meet. I could go on and on but this is enough about the ride. I got to the "hotel" and it was rooms on the second floor of an old strip mall. The "lobby" was shared with an outlet for UHaul and was beside a Sharma fast food and also a Subway outlet. The room was clean but awful. The mattress was worn out. It took almost four minutes for the shower to produce hot water in the morning. It was a terrible experience. I would NEVER go back there.

Horrible experience! The room was not clean overall. Bedsheets were not clean. Alot of stains and hair on the bedsheet and bathroom. A loud noise was there which came from ceiling . I believe it was Air exhaust. We requested the reception to change our room, he didn’t help and was rude. We didn’t sleep whole night!

Ok for a night
Located in a primarily commercial area right on the other side of the road from the airport and a runway, this place is no-frills and OK for a night stay. I requested a shuttle to the airport for 9 am and it arrived at 920 am. It was lound up until 11 pm when no more airplanes were departing then resumed very early the next day.

It's an inexpensive place to rest your head before or after your flight. The staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was easy. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, the bed was comfortable with no evidence of bugs. The white noise from the ac unit drowned out any noise from the airport so i slept soundly. The parking was somewhat limited. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

this hotel is really bad,very very very noisy،if someone talks or walks or even opens the room door,you will hear it like inside your ear,you can imagine!no way to sleep until 5am.it is clean yes but everything is very old and needs to be changed,there is no staff except one indian girl on the cashier,Elevator will fall anytime soon.very cheap place
