Communications (phone and text) were excellent. Self check-in was straightforward. Apartment was clean and bright and suited us perfectly. About 8 minute walk to the Eaton Centre and Dundas underground station. Metro grocery store about a 3 minute walk. We would almost certainly stay here again on a future visit to Toronto.

I booked because of the good reviews. I was a little concerned from some who wrote that they felt the neighborhood was not that safe. However, that was not my experience… it seemed perfectly safe to me even when it got dark early at 5pm.
