Spider webs in the rooms and the staff was racists towards white people. I stayed there with my young daughter. I was on a medical trip and we were treated very poorly for no reason at all.

Approached front staff about faulty washroom wall plug in which was not working after the first night. Front staff said they will look into it but never did. I had to use the living room plug in which was very inconvenient. The front staff never got back to me or offer an alternative .

Thought I would formally address my concerns with my recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson. First and foremost my stay and experience here was nothing shy of horrible. Expedia has tried to obtain a refund to no avail. I checked in Tues Nov 5, Checked out Thur Nov 7. When checking in my reservation had changed and Expedia had noted the file that I would be doing an early check-in. They also tried calling the hotel about 4 times and no one answered their call. They told me to go into the hotel, and ask whomever was on duty to contact them. When I arrived the person at the front desk said they were not authorized to make that change (even though it was noted on the reservation) and only a supervisor could and there wasn't one there. They also refused to speak to Expedia. A few minutes later, an older gentleman arrived and he took over and helped get me booked, while I was on the phone with Expedia. In terms of the room it was horrible, the hotel is advertised as smoke free, however once I entered the room it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I immediately called from desk no answer, I got a text from the choice hotel number, explained my concern, asked for a different room, received a text back saying someone would contact me from front desk and they never did. The light shades were stained smoke yellow, literally thick dust hanging off, the ac unit had black mold, carpets were dingy overall gross.

Our room was spacious and has the essentials, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, tv, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, they've cleaned it each day. We enjoyed using the facilities like the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the gym. Some late nights there was some disturbances, noises coming from the outside, people came in and out where the exit door located and the residents next room to ours has a child crying for a period of time.We didn't complain thinking it was just a one off but it happened most of the time. We're out during the day, can't see the point for relocation. Upon checkout, we've mentioned at the reception our sleepless nights due to the disturbances maybe somehow it helps to whoever stays where were if they observed same thing at least they'll be aware of it.
