THE BEST STAY EVER!
Valet personnel were amazingly helpful, eased our fears about leaving early the following morning. Front desk staff were incredible with storing our bags before check in. The patience and kindness that was given to all of us swifties as we invaded the city did not go unseen. The added Taylor touches in the lobby were so cute and appreciated.

The room was comfortable, with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, which was nice as we stayed in Toronto for six days. The Samsung TV was large and the hotel TV had a full assortment of US and Canadian channels (nice because the World Series was on). The free breakfast was very good, but you need to get there early as it gets quite crowded. My only quibble would be that although it's very close to CN Tower, Scotia Arena and the Blue Jays, it's a little bit of a walk to the Toronto subway. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend it, especially for longer-term visits.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only issue was the parking options. We didn't need or want the expensive valet parking so we parked at a nearby parking garage. On the weekend, only one door is accessible off of Front street.

Valet was easy and customer service was great...very friendly and seamless. Check in was very quick. Breakfast was very good! only negative - pull out couch/double mattress was very uncomfortable. A bit of water on the floor in the bathroom from a leak in the toilet? We'll be back.

We love staying here!
The staff are always extremely courteous. Whether it's from a counter clerk, doorman or room attendant, guests are constantly asked if there's anything we need. Costumer service is outstanding! The rooms are very clean and have a well stocked kitchen. The location is within a short walking distance to the theatre district. We will continue to stay here every time we visit Toronto.

Great location. Check-in & out was simple. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Some of the furniture in the living room and kitchen area could have been updated / repaired, but otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.
