Cute but cold !!!
Hotel was fairly easy to find, parking initially is a bit of an issue so I suggest calling the day of your check in to ensure you get a spot ! The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff are all friendly! Our room was on the third floor, it was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable! But unfortunately, the floors were not very clean, the shower curtain was made of cotton and had large pink/orange mold spots on the bottom, and the sink in the room did not supply hand soap (unless the shower gel provided was to be used instead?). Although the biggest issue we faced was that there was no heat in the room, not that it was low or off, but there were no vents or wall heaters present in the room. There was also an AC unit installed in the window during late november, so we were very cold throughout the night. All in all I don’t think I would return here, especially not for the price I paid. But the staff were very kind and approachable!!

Clean location, staff was friendly. I did not know that the parking was charged separately. The room was small and the bed was small for 2 people. Next time i would ask for a queen bed or 2 singles.

Staff was helpful, room was clean but the door stuck and was extremely hard to open. Streetcar was right outside front door which was good. Not alot of dining around.

It was good. Not bad, the area is a bit concerning. Specially if you walk going to the downtown. The cleaning lady was very helpful. The price is reasonable for the area. Not great but it’s good if you have friends with you.

Staff were okay but the bathroom light wasn’t installed correctly and so there was a whole around it separating it from the wall. Overall the room looked like it has been renovates recently, poorly.

Great people running it BUT DONT STAY
Staff were friendly and excellent however I would not recommend staying here the location is good for getting around but there are a lot of homeless people and sketchy people around at all hours and no quite with all the police sirens

The Inn is located down the street from a homeless area, so that made me more on edge, and I opted to only Uber to and from where I was going, rather than walking. I found a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning - which was pretty unsettling. I was only planning on staying there for one night anyway, but if I had booked two nights - I would have cancelled the second night. It was an affordable price, but I don't think the savings were worth it in my opinion. However, I will say, the staff were wonderful and supportive!

Too rough
Very very rough part of town. Lots of homeless people about so very dangerous in the evenings. Room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable but it is definetly run down.
