Worst experience Misleading about the parking Terrible service. You should see the pictures vs realty Smells like weed Elevator always busy. We booked because of expedia service. This hotel was in walkable distance to everything. Security was excellent. Had to wait 20 minutes to be shown where to go and let into place. One toilet did not work and although we notified owner twice, no one ever did show up to fix it. Furniture is out dated and needed to be replaced. Needs a thorough cleaning too. Floors dirty. Would only provide one key unless we paid another $75. They kept our security deposit for almost a month and after 2 calls even though it was advertised it would be refunded within 7 days after stay.

My checkin experience was terrible! I was told to text 30 minutes prior to my arrival which I did and they responded by saying that no one would be able to meet me to check me in and told me to go to a lockbox attached to a bench. It took a while to find this bench, only to find about 30 lock boxes attached to a cable. Once in the unit i found the parking fob which did not work, security had to buzz me into the garage. The unit fob did not work so I did not have access to the parking garage elevators and was unable to exit the garage with my luggage. Tried calling security but no one came. There were no instructions regarding where to leave the key upon checkout, I had to contact GlobalStay. The condo, area etc. were great but this horrible experience is not one I would want to repeat!!

It's an apartment so you have to coordinate getting in with the property, but they made it easy and the views from the room were stunning. Everything was clean. The only inconvenience I faced was a long line to use the elevator, but that was it. Everything else was great and I would happily stay again.

Think twice before booking
We arrived late evening and waited 20 minutes on street in front on pub for someone to meet us. I had to call answering service twice. First time they said 5 minites ... then called back 15 minutes later and theu said another 5 minutes till someone could meet us. I found empty McDonald's cup under the bed, we had to run the washer through a couple cycles because it had an odor, ther place could use better cleaning. At the very least it needs some baking sheets and kettle in kitchen. The patio doors didn't lock and for majority of the weekend, only one of the three elevators were working l. Which caused significant delays and line ups for the elevator.

Initially I was concerned with the check in process but it was seamless and worked out perfectly! The girls LOVED the apartment and view. The accommodations were great, and within walking distance to the concert! Perfect place to stay and I will use again when GLOBALSTAY is available. Thank you!

My family stood with their luggage on the street in Toronto for an hour waiting for someone to bring us keys. The apartment had stains on the carpet, the front closet was broken and the flooring in front of the bathroom was lifted by a couple inches and I would deem unsafe. For 1 full day out of 4, we had no water (from 9-6).

The location was excellent. The area was safe and clean. It was confusing finding the lockbox with key when checking in. There was no hot water for 24 hours. Elevator service was slow. One elevator was broken all 3 nights and 1 night 2 elevators were not working. Room was clean with plenty of towels. Mattress was uncomfortable. Again, excellent location close to attractions.

there we many things that were wrong with our stay. we were met with poor water pressure, no hot water, the ac barely worked, and usually i can get past these types of things while staying somewhere. but we also encountered bed bugs which is not okay at all. as well as our door not locking from the inside what so ever. these two things made the stay feel very unsafe and unsanitary, as we now have to travel home and disinfect every clothing article/item we have brought with us. this should not be a property that you advertise on the expedia website, since i use expedia for every trip and hotel i book.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this apartment complex. It tells you that you can have parking for 'x' amount of $ per day. They even ask you for your car make, model, & license plate, but yet you are denied a parking space because they say "they do not have any spaces available at this time." So instead you have to rely on what other available park there maybe nearby. There was no indication of where the parking garage was either. Getting in initially was relatively easy. If you try to go to your apartment any time between 3 and 8 PM expect a hassle trying to wait for an elevator to get to your apartment. You are typically 10 to 15 people deep waiting for an elevator. The apartment itself was clean however, we had issues with the A/C cooling. It was not fixed until the day prior to us leaving, so even though we had the A.C on , it was pumping out hot air even when we had it turned off , it was still pumping out hot air. There is no lighting in the living room. The only light is from the kitchen so expect to sit in the dark.

Property definitely needs some “love”. Beautiful views, comfy bed. However the bathroom wasn’t super clean, and looks like an old apt bathroom. The price is right, but I would have preferred paying more to have a nice and clean bathroom. Elevators are also a disaster, lining up and long waits to get up

Very poor experience overall starting with a broken elevator which made meetings difficult. Very poor wifi which could not support zoom calls and barely support web surfing, A slow drain and a non working shower. Also I realized they gave me a lower tier room when a bigger one was paid for. And very poor customer service when complaints were made. Do not stay.

The first day I got there I noticed the bathroom was not very clean. Pee on the toilet, soap scum in the bath. I can deal with that. Later when I came back after grabbing dinner, somebody had entered the room when i was gone, took apart the fan coil in the wall beside the bed, and let it wide open with the screws all over the floor. When i phoned and texted the numbers left I got no response. I emailed Globalstay and they stated it was against policy to enter without notice. After that they have completely blown me off, ignoring the fact the room was still in shambles right until I left. No answers at all. I felt extremely exposed knowing somebody could see when I wasn't there (camera?) and came in, moved my things and left me a mess to walk over for 4 days. Globalstay was absolutely ZERO help. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
