Terrible. Like I said to you before, when I booked it from the airport two Thursdays ago I was trying to book for that Thursday using the janky airport wifi, or was it your website?. Somehow it got the date wrong for this Thursday. When I showed up at Sonesta two weeks ago late at night I found out about the mixup and they HAD NO ROOMS. I had to drive around and find somewhere to sleep. Then I wrote you and the hotel and now today they have my money and you earned a fee and I’m out the money for NOTHING Received. Not happy. Won’t be using Expedia again, nor that hotel. You didn’t do anything to make up for the mixup. Just excuses.

The property upgraded us to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, with living and dining area, kitchen ... to include fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, utensils and more FOR FREE because they did not have our 1 bedroom with 2 double beds available. Hot buffet breakfast each day; the hotel was clean and quiet; the staff friendly.

The stay was good. As expected and described. Parking was readily available, breakfast was “eh” and the room was nice enough for the price point. There was no housekeeping during our 2 night stay(?) but maybe I overlooked that in the details. Elevator was shut down for routine maintenance at the time of checkout which was super inconvenient. Could improve by having trays at breakfast so you can bring items back to the room without being a circus performer. Also, the door handle needed a Strongman Competitor to turn the handle from the inside of the room.

It was a great place to stay ,beatiful rooms , plenty of space,quiet, rooms were good size,beds were comfortable. Huge issue when one of my kids accidentally urinated in one of the beds i went to the office before we left for the day for our outings and asked the lady working the front desk if someone could go change the bedding and she said no problem she would send someone. When we arrived back at 12:30 a.m exhausted we saw no one came to change the bedding. I called the office and the one answering the phone said sorry but we dont have housekeeping to clean roo.s daily and she was alone so nothing she could do. Unfortunately we ended up short a bed. Very disappointed
