Our stay at Sonesta Markham was exceptional! The suite was clean, spacious, and nicely equipped with a full kitchen — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff were warm and professional, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the location was quiet yet convenient. Excellent value, comfort, and service — truly felt like a home away from home!

Good price, not clean

It was a decent price for a family of our size but the room was not cleaned well, the showers had hair in them still, the floors were sticky with something we couldn't identify, the sofa bed was full of old food, coins and other things. We are a family of 6 and having a filthy pullout was a huge inconvenience as we were not having our kids sleep on that. When asked at the front desk, there was really no solution provided as the cleaning staff had left for the day.
