When booking, was not advised that this property was undergoing renovations. First 2 floors were completely stripped with openings covered in heavy plastic and sheets.There was no room service as both our rooms were never cleaned. Shower drain was blocked so water filled up quickly when taking a shower and toilet was also blocked and did not flush. Gratefully, we spent the 2 days away and only came back to sleep. Stay away, at least until all the Renos are complete, which could take months. Lots of good options in the area. Complained to hotel management but was told that since I booked with Expedia, they were unable to compensate me and that I should take it up with them.

Didn’t know until I arrived that the dinning and pool were closed for renovations so that was disappointing, Shame on Expedia for not stating that on their website, however Orna the hotel clerk was lovely and very pleasant to chat with, made checking in a breeze, the room was clean and inviting, I will definitely book here again

We stayed here for 4 nights over Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so we understand some inconvenience. Breakfast was "grab and go". We were supposed to have housekeeping on the third day, but there was no housekeeping at all the entire time. Go down to the desk for clean towels or ice. People put their trash out in the hall for pickup. Every walk to the elevator was past bags of trash on the floor of the hall. Renovations do not excuse the complete lack of housekeeping.
