Very good

We stayed here a little less than a week and had no issues other than there is a distinct smell I guess with the age of the building. It felt quite old, even while newly renovated, and if you looked close enough, cleaning was not spotless. Otherwise, it was alright and would consider staying there again depending on the circumstances. Wish there was also breakfast!

Great service at reception. Two nights spent at the hotel. The first night, the room was awful, not "deluxe" level at all, in dire need of refurbishment. But we were moved to another one for the second night, and it was perfect. Good save on their part.
The room was in good condition. It would have been nice to have a TV in both bedrooms and perhaps a sofa bed. The staff were very pleasant.
We paid $15 per person per day for breakfast, but there were only six options we were able to choose from despite and extensive menu online. Guest should be allowed to get any item on the menu at its market value. The breakfast was very disappointing. My daughter enjoyed a croissant which we paid additional for, but was not an option from the menu we had. We ate at the restaurant only one day based on our options, so for us was a waste of money.

The location is fabulous. Perfect for getting to everywhere easy on foot.
The room was a bit dated but clean.
We were glad we didn’t book breakfast as you got just handed a paper bag with some food and takeaway cups with drip coffee. No option to sit anywhere to eat.
The hotel seems to be under renovation.
I loved my room . It looked just like the picture and it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We had a balcony off of our room but I didn’t like that it was locked so we couldn’t use
It . Also the parking is under ground which I didn’t like and the hotel didn’t mention upfront that it was a charge per day but otherwise it was a great stay .
The elevators were disgustingly dirty - clearly zero attempt to clean them, especially the floors. The room appeared to be clean.
They offer coffee - but no donuts/danish? Why bother?
Won't stay there again.
The service seems to have gone downhill since I last stayed here years ago. There are a few good employees, but the front desk concierge woman on the night of October 14 argued with me about something I requested and said she would check in to it but never got back to me. A heavy-set man who works front desk is extremely unfriendly, never makes eye contact or says hello, basically treated you like you do not exist. It called ‘hospitality’ for a reason. The morning of October 22, the housekeeper banged on my door not once but twice demanding I leave the room even though I had a DND on my door and my reservation was until the 27th. When I informed front desk, they told me she did not contact them to verify. I was staying on the 22nd floor. Please find employees who are well suited for hospitality and properly train housekeepers on protocols so as not to disturb guests and make their stay miserable.
The Town Inn Suites is one of my favourite Toronto hotels. The rooms are spacious, kitchens are great, and the area is close to Yorkville and U of T. It's always a pleasure.
