Good All-Suites Hotel

Very spacious living room. Comfy couch and chair. Kitchenette is nice with an island and a variety of appliances. Climate control is good. There is a balcony but not allowed access. Water pressure in the shower is awful. Staff were very nice and efficient. Despite the tv saying there's a continental breakfast, there is not. The lounger offers coffee and tea but the rooms also have keurig machines.

Overall it was a very nice hotel stay and conveniently located . I didn’t like the fact that there was as a balcony off of my room but we were not able to access it . Also the parking was underground and had a huge hill to get to the parking garage . Also it was an additional $45 dollars a night to park .

Check in were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful . We had a 1 bed apartment , looked exactly like it did in the photos and it was certainly helpful to have a full kitchen to make use of . It would have been nice to have use of the balcony but understand why that wasn’t possible . Only things that I have a slight complaint about are the mattress and pillows on the beds - the mattress especially felt quite thin and soft , and the pillows weren’t that comfy either . Might be an idea to spend some money upgrading these going forward Having said that , we enjoyed our stay here , and would stay here again

Avoid at all costs. We stayed with family in Canada and decided to finish the hotel with a couple of nights in Toronto. We booked this hotel and after staying the first night found what looked like rodent droppings next to the bed. Reception moved us to a different room for the second night and when we made it home eventually got 50% of our first night refunded. Then they charged my credit card with the damage deposit even though we left both apartments clean and tidy all dirty towels in the bath, rubbish in the bins and pots put away. They then don’t answer the phone when hotels.com they to sort the problem. If you want comfort and cleanliness and not to have money taken from Your account fraudulently don’t book here

This was a good place to stay for us as it was very close to an appointment and people we needed to spend time with. There were two issues with the unit, though: 1. the air conditioning did not work. It was set to 60 F and the rooms never got below 74 F 2. the water pressure in the shower made it very difficult to wash our hair.
