Very good

Pretty nice but not quite as nice as I'd hoped. Toilet was broken when we arrived, shower shelf was gone, beds were just ok... room was very nice overall. Parking was annoying as the key swipe is on the fence so you have to pull way over to swipe in and camera is on the left so you have to drive on the opposite sides of the road to enter and exit. Very strange and easily fixed...Otherwise a great place.
The place was roomy. There was lots of closet space. Felt very homelike with the kitchen, dinning living room area and bed and bath off to the side.
The only complaint we had was that the door slammed very hard and loud. We just had to be cautious of that and guide it closed.
Property is in rough condition outside of the front desk area. Staff were excellent, but room needed A LOT of help! It was terribly outdated and damaged (bath tub was cracked, walls were broken, etc).

Pleasant stay in a good location.
Modest hotel just a few blocks from the bustle of Yorkville. Very comfortable. Very clean. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the balcony. And the electrical outlets and lighting by the bed were terrible. The built-in lamps were not hooked up, and the only plug was across the room. The old Chinese man in the convenience store across the street was very sweet. Parts of the neighborhood are shabby, but I felt very comfortable.

Good.
The room was clean but there were some small round stains by the top of the Néron window. Might it be water stain or mold I’m not sure. Otherwise it was very clean. The AC was very noisy. Not an issue for me but it might be for someone else. The location is great with a TTC station near by and a great restaurant thay had fabulous breakfast options.
It appears they have given up on maintaining the building, maybe because the building will be sold and torn down. Also, they no longer offer the free breakfast.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
Clean and very well kept. Staff were either very very nice or really dismissive. One even hung up the phone on us when we asked a question about the TV. Wouldnt recommend this place to friends other than for convenience. I dont fully regret my stay though. It was so so.
Quiet building. Very walkable neighbourhood. Nice updates to flooring and furniture. Staff were excellent. Very clean room. Would have been nice to access the room's balcony, but it was locked. Bed was moderately comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable, they were lumpy.
Check-in was fast and easy, room was clean. Warning there are rush hour traffic laws that aren’t clear for tourists no street parking between 7:30-9:30a.m. The staff was nice and extended my check-in due to my vehicle being towed.
Close to shops/bars/Yonge Street etc.
Only criticisms are suites are a bit ‘sparse’, could do with a few cushions on the sofa / pots and pans etc.
Also, a little dated in places and sadly no access to the balcony!
Overall, not a bad place especially for the price (Toronto is an expensive city for hotels!)
Check-in was very robotic and unprofessional four people behind the desk and nobody actually greeted us and said hello just to ask for identification name and credit card. I was in a wheelchair and we all had suitcases going to the elevators. They did not offer assistance and simply continue chatting as the elevator doors shut. The room was spacious but refurbished cheaply.
The staff were very nice and accommodating. I wish the TV had worked a bit better and I would’ve been able to sign into Netflix, but was happy with the cleanliness and size of the room for the price!
