The room we got here was exceptional - not your typical vanilla hotel room. All of the finishes and fixtures were exceptional. The bed was so comfortable. A massive wall-mounted TV that pulls off of the wall. Everything you could ask for inside of the room, from high-end alcohol to snacks and protein bars. The best hotel experience that I've had so far in my life - exceeding the Shenzhen super-modern hotels.

W is a very nice facility in the heart of downtown. Not sure about the room layout. Shower and toilet were in areas that were separated by glass walls that emptied into the vanity area. Lighting controls were confusing. Dining areas were very nice. Food and beverage were very good.

Energetic Trendy Vibe on Bloor
We arrived in the middle of a bustling event (What She Said) and despite the chaos of this busy, high-energy event, the staff ushered us to the check in area and then to the elevators. Great vibe, contemporary decor, excellent location on Bloor Street if you're looking for proximity to shopping, eating, and strolling the Bloor Street area (must try Cafe Landwer across the street!). Our room upon arrival was overpowered with their signature room spray fragrance, but the staff were quick to provide an air purifier upon request which eliminated the fragrance smell, ensuring our comfort.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and responsive to needs. The room was very clean. There was an event in the lobby but it did not interfere with the peace of the hotel room. I was disappointed that the restaurant was being renovated during our stay but other than that it was great. Also a very convenient area. Close to shopping and transit

Beautiful, trendy hotel BUT the bathroom setup in the rooms is very odd! There is no true bathroom or space to undress other than the middle of the room. The sink is literally next to one of the beds. Wouldn't stsy here again due to this.
