Beautiful loft on the beach with parking only 45min BCN:
Loft to enjoy a few steps from the beach in the pedestrian area of ​​Baix a Mar de Torredembarra 45 minutes from Barcelona. It is distributed on the ground floor and has the RENFE train station at 10min and restaurants, shops and supermarkets next door. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a double sofa bed ideal for children. There is a bathroom with shower, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, AC, heating for winter, wifi throughout the establishment and private parking for 10€/nit. The delivery of keys and check in takes place in the same loft from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Torradembarra Visit
This property is meters (just around a corner) from the beach, a wonderful promenade and restaurants. The train station and grocery stores are just a 5 minute walk away. If you are looking for a stop over for one or two nights the apartment will work. If staying longer you will need to bring basic items such as bath and dish soap, soap for the dishwasher and laundry detergent. The washing machine did not spin the water out of the clothes properly so it took 3 hours to dry the load. We have allergies therefore specifically look for non-smoking places. This unit has definitely had smokers in it and even with the windows open we could smell the cigarette smoke. One of us had to use a puffer for asthma while there. The futon might be good for an extra bed but was not even a bit comfortable for a couple of hours in the evening. A bath mat would also be beneficial with the tile flooring. Dorlos was an absolute gem. Communication with her was easy and she even helped us out when our travel was delayed into the late evening by picking us up and driving us to the house. Petit appartement bien pour court séjour
Bien pour un court séjour! Nous sommes partis a 4 don deux enfants de 5 et 2 ans. Les rideaux qui ne fonctionne pas à chaque fois et reste ouvert… L’eau chaude est très limitée, le dernier à ce laver c’est à l’eau froide. La propreté laisse complètement à désirer. Une odeur pas très agréable tout le long du sejour. (3 nuits) Ont entend tout les voisins. Le deuxième lit c’est un canapé lit qui n’avais pas de draps adapté pour dormir. Et je doute sur la propreté des draps et serviettes. Nous avons eu très peu d’indication à l’arrivée et au depart. Mais l’appartement est super bien placé (une rue derrière la mer) et nous avons mangé dans un super restaurant du nom de Oxid juste à coté.

NO ME AVISARON DE QUE ERA UNA PLANTA BAJA Y LA GENTE QUE PASABA POR LA CALLE NOS VEIA DIRECTAMENTE. EL ESTADO DEL INMUIBLE NO ES EL DE LAS FOTOS. NO VOLVERIAMOS NI LO RECOMENDAREMOS, NI CREO QUE VOLVAMOS A RESERVAR CON USTEDES DADO EL POCO CONTROL SOBRE EL ESTADO DE LOS INMUIBLES Y SU DESCRIPCION. DE LOS PEORES ALOJAMIENTOS DE MI VIDA.
