Likes: 1. Comfortable bed 2. 3 Nice Jacuzzis 3. Very convenient down town location 2/3 blocks from the beach. Dislikes: 1. Room needs a paint and rust stains in sink. 2. Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food choices especially compared to holiday inn and eggs were very waterty. Pastrys, bread,.youtert were all good.

Nice and close to the beach and city centre
Our stay was pleasant after some problems at arrival. We bought a half board rate, but at arrival we were informed by the hotel that they do not offer half board via online booking. After talking to the manager and the reservation centre they kindly agreed to include dinner during our stay, which by the way was an excellent buffet with a variety of dishes every night. Be aware when booking! Another surprise was that the hotel does not have free parking; it is paid and run by a valet parking mostly off-site (in our case the car had to stay outdoors in the sun for the 4 days stay!). The last downside were the two lifts that were always busy and very slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. The spa (Jacuzzis) is also paid and need to be booked 24h or less in advance for a 1hour slot. Apart from that, the food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, location very good and room clean and comfortable (with minibar).

I didn't like it. very much.
It wasn't as good as I spected. The pictures in the Web show a more confortable hotel than it really is. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast, it offers a variety of meals.

Bem localizado e com excelente café da manha é maravilhoso, porém não estavam preparados para a demanda do feriadao faltou toalhas, arrumaram os quartos quase a noite. No anuncia ao falava dos valores estacionamento e da hidro, na recepção nao havia pessoa.para auxiliar com as malas, o carrinho escorregou de minha mao e bateu na.porta de meu carro.

O anúncio não corresponde com a estadia
O hotel tem potencial mas precisa de muitas reformas. O anúncio da diária deveria avisar que o estacionamento é pago à parte (R$40,00 a diária) e que a hidromassagem que aparece na foto também tem um custo à parte (R$30,00 a hora). Os secadores dos quartos (que também aparece na foto do anúncio e na descrição) não funcionam. O hotel empresta secador portátil mas não possui aparelhos para todos os hóspedes. Então você pode ter sorte de conseguir um. Na dúvida, leve o seu. O café da manhã era “ok” e o quarto tinha um vazamento no Box que alagava o banheiro ao tomar banho. A localização do hotel é ótima, mas os quartos da frente pegam todo o barulho do centro da cidade (e de um Pub com música ao vivo que fica em frente ao hotel)

Péssima experiência de forma geral, indicação de que existia estacionamento mas não tive a disponibilidade, Pedi na recepção para reservar caso vagasse, quando fui verificar me disseram que deveria ter avisado o manobrista, lamentável essa resposta. Pedi para limpar o quarto o que deveria ser automático, mas por 2 vezes mesmo pedindo não foi realizado. Baratas no quarto e no corredor, terrível. Não tem a mínima condição de ser chamado de hotel pessoas despreparadas e estrutura precária e o que é pior, sem higiene.

Não teve vaga de estacionamento, embora na página da reserva diz "estacionamento com custo", não nos alerta que não teremos vaga; Elevador sempre com filas e utilizado para serviços, subi e desci escadas o tempo todo; Café da manhã não atende pedidos básicos, como um ovo frito para uma criança; Absurdo foi voltar da praia e não ter toalhas para banho! precisam melhorar bastante.

Chegamos um pouco antes do horário de chegada e não nos deixaram entrar no hotel. Aguardamos o horário de início do check in e nos informaram que ainda não tinham quarto disponíveis. Depois de horas, chegamos no quarto, em péssima condição de limpeza, sem toalhas, cobertas, travesseiros, sabonetes, não tinha quase nada. O atendimento da recepção foi péssimo, muitas pessoas na recepção reclamando. Não recomento de jeito nenhum esse lugar!

Ótima localização, quarto que eu fiquei era grande, vista lateral para o mar, elevador panorâmico, próximo da praia e de alguns pontos turísticos., ou seja, custo benefício excelente para curtir com a família. Ops. O por do sol foi lindíssimo visto do quarto e ou da cobertura do hotel.
