The carpet is filthy. If you have allergies do not go to this hotel. The coffee pot did not work. No coffee at night. Literally has no lobby/sitting area. They did not want to give us extra towels, cups etc. The staff(all of them)were extremely rude! This place truly is filthy and disgusting!

The ceiling was moldy. The common areas were kind of grungy. Breakfast was ok, except they put regular coffee in an urn marked decaf, which is not safe for people who require lower caffeine. One staff member was rude and argumentative. The redeeming qualities were that it was cheap and conveniently located.

This is a quite old building in need o much repair. Although the room was clean, the entire building gave us worries about bed bugs. The outside door had an electronic device that could be opened with a key, but was broken and anyone from anywhere could have walked in. By contrast, the staff was wonderfully inviting and cheerfully helpful.

We have stayed at this property before. I thought that when it was taken over by Wyndham, it would improve, but not so much. When we arrived, the room appeared clean but smelled musty. One of the double beds did not have a fitted sheet on it and there were black hairs on top of the mattress pad and also on the phone that was on the nightstand. I went to the desk to get a fitted sheet but was told to take the room 2 doors down. That room had not been cleaned from the previous guest- bed linens on the floor, beer cans on the nightstand and dresser. Went back to front desk, told the guy to just give me a fitted sheet. Made the bed, all good. Faucet handle in the bathroom came off in my wife's hand, shower drained extremely slow and hair dryer did not work. "Breakfast" bar was meh at best but at least it was something. Room rates were reasonable.

Room was as expected, however when someone wanted to take a shower, the drain was FULL of hair and did not drain the water well. So, we had to take a shower in a puddle of dirty water. For breakfast the next day, the milk was curdled and when we told the front desk they denied it and acted as if we bothered them watching tv. They then refused to change it and it wasn't until a parent complained that their 2 kids couldn't have milk with their cereal that they offered to pick up a new carton of milk.
