With a capacity for 6 people , this newly built chalet offers you a private saltwater pool , and air conditioning at just 250 meters from the beach . Additionally, enjoy a spacious garden and parking spaces.

The open-plan kitchen of this chalet is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. The single-floor house features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds in each room. Furthermore, two bathrooms with toilets and showers complete the stay. Exiting the living room, there's an area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, right in front of the private pool. The chalet includes WiFi and the plot is 600 m², allowing for multiple parking spaces within the premises.

Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell , a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava . You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent variety of restaurants within 3 km, you'll have all the necessary amenities to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
