House with private pool and sea views in Torrox.

The house is distributed on a single floor, where we find living room, with sofa bed for up to 2 children or 1 adult, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. It has two double bedrooms with air conditioning and double bed in each. It has a bathroom with shower and bidet as well as a separate toilet.

Outside we find a large terrace where you can shelter from the heat, with the possibility of lowering the transparent awnings and conditioning it as a winter terrace, where there are several tables to enjoy the views of the sea, as well as a pool table and a dart target, also the barbecue area, private pool of about 5.80 meters x 3.75 meters. Parking for up to 3 cars on the property.

It is located about 3.5 km from the beach of Torrox Costa, and several minutes drive from Torrox Pueblo, or Torrox coast. Access suitable for any vehicle.





Pets allowed under supplement of € 50 per stay,

No pets are allowed to use the sofas, beds or towels in the house with a penalty of up to € 50 for extra cleaning.

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.

The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. As is the case with umbrellas, if it is windy they remain closed, since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged, as well as good use of hammocks, chairs and other household items.

In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the
Guest.

Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.

The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.

The use of crystal glasses of any kind is not allowed in the pool or on the edge of it, due to possible detachments of crystals inside the pool and future cuts by guests.

Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee 35€ per stay.

Extra bed linen and towels for the whole house is 32€ for 6 people.

Bring ear plugs
The property was clean and well presented but noise was a major issue making it difficult to relax . There is a busy road a stones throw away and the neighbouring property overlooks the pool and patio ..,the resident German Shepherd dog barked whenever someone was in the patio area . We are dog people and were grateful to be allowed our dogs who thankfully did not bark back . The dog fortunately did not bark all night .

Cortijo La Canada, Torrox
Lovely property, very well equipped and in a good location, very convenient between Torrox Pueblo and Costa. Had everything for a very comfortable stay and a good sized pool and outside area. The only negative was the adjoining neighbour’s dog which barked incessantly day and night and was frequently left alone at the property overnight and outside. For this reason I wouldn’t stay at the property again but it was a lovely little house with excellent access to the A7.
