We were given room 809. I would have complained but we arrived off our flight at 11pm and needed to sleep. The bathroom was not clean and the bed was so uncomfortable. There just needs to be a better standard!

Adequate for a short overnight but no more
Room was very small, TV did not work, clearly in need in refurbishment. Breakfast somewhat overpriced compared to other hotels at the airport. Bed comfortable enough for a very short overnight stay.

We like to stay here when flying out of Glasgow. Easy to get to from the city and it’s just across from the airport. The restaurant is decent, but we usually try to eat in the city before checking in as it’s much cheaper with more selection. Overall, I will continue to book here for the night before I fly out.

No issue with the staff whatsoever, but the rooms are dated. No USB ports. No plug by middle bedside table which is terrible for those of us that travel with a CPAP. Had to sleep without which was not ideal for me or my travel partner. Cold room, heat did not kick on until 0500 when I was getting up to catch my plane. Simple modern electrical modification would make a world of difference. I was traveling internationally and had only one converter so I had to sit in the lobby to charge my various devices. Boooooo!

When I arrived your computer check in system was down so guests were being checked in manually by staff Guests had to write their name on a sheet of paper and wait to be called This took over half hour of sitting around waiting to be called Staff were very friendly but it would have been nice to have been offered a drink or bar token or similar while waiting Room was comfy but no water to drink in room Outside room was very noisy all night as guest came and went banging doors etc It was also loud outside - sounded like staff open and closing wheelie bins Very handy for the airport but disturbed nights sleep due to all the noise

Kinda disappointing…
The bathroom faucet was loose & there were hardly any electrical outlets to use for plugging in phones etc. You had to close the lid on the toilet before you could flush the handle. Room just looked worn out. The bar was very minimal in what they could serve; but surprisingly, the food was good in the restaurant.

Pretty average, nothing special. Convenient location if you have an early flight, literally walking distance to terminal. The food was subpar, it tasted like the dinner special at my grandma's retirement home. Stay away from the calamari rings, unless you prefer them soaked in oil.

Check-in was good, and the person at check-in was very helpful with information about finding gas and returning our rental car. The room was quite comfortable. The location is awesome for taking a flight out early in the morning. It’s a very short walk from the hotel to the airport. The restaurant was lacking. The food was not very good and service was slow.
