Pretty property but difficult stay
The property itself is quite nice and has a lovely garden, however the host did not inform us that check-in is very difficult if you don’t have a car: the key was left a 40 minute walk away from the property. Furthermore, when we arrived the wifi wasn’t functional and I attempted several times throughout the stay to contact the host, but she did not respond until the night before we checked out.

Le logement est idealement situé sur la presqu'île.Très Très bien équipé ! Il ne manque rien!plage de la badine accessible directement à pied.sentiers du littoral dont 1 accessible dès la résidence.paysages magnifiques.nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Location très agréable. Situé idéalement, proche de la Tour fondue pour embarquer vers l'île de Porquerolles. Ce logement possède tout le confort avec climatiseur. Et vous garez la voiture à 5 mètres de l'entrée du logement.

Jolie petite maison dans un environnement calme et sécurisé.
Les + : très propre , bien aménagé, beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition , excellente communication avec l'agence , très réactive . Les - : en cette période , très peu de commerces à proximité immédiate, un peu petit pour un long séjour pour une famille de 5 personnes dont 2 grands ados. .

Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Agenda war sehr gut, das Appartement von der Architektur her günstig, viele Funktionen auf engstem Raum. Genervt hat uns die überladene Innenausstattung, die aus unserer Sicht eher an die Bedürfnisse der Besitzerin als auf die Bwdürfnisse von Gästen ausgerichtet war - mit anderen Worten: vor lauter Küchengeräten war kaum Stauraum für eigene Vorräte, Sauberkeit so làlà, Mülltrennung zwar eingefordert aber keine unterschiedlichen Behältnisse vorhanden, Man hätte alles sammeln und dann in irgendwelche Container entsorgen müssen, aber dazu den Müll mit dem Auto spazieren fahren müssen (und die Container selber suchen müssen,). Einkaufen musste man auch mit dem Auto, die kleine Pizzabäckerei und Bäckerei war zwei Tage nach unserer Ankunft geschlossen. Französische Bettwäsche (mit Überschlagtüchern statt Bezügen) wollte ich nicht für teures Geld mieten, wir haben lieber einfach unsere Bettsachen komplett mitgebracht. Der Strand in der Nähe (la badine, man läuft etwa 10 Minuten) ist schön, leider waren nach den ersten Tagen viele Quallen dort. Wir haben Ausflüge zur Ile de Porquerolles gemacht und unsere Räder mitgenommen. Dazu muss man Folgendes wissen: zwischen der Wohnung und der Fähre liegt eine deutliche Steigung. Die Fähre ist teuer, (24 € pro Erwachsenem, 22 € für ältere Kinder, 1 Fahrrad 17 € extra.) Auf der Insel ist es schön, aber viele Steigungen und Wege steinig, besser für Mountainbikes geeignet. Die Betten im unteren Zimmer sind wenig stabil

Séjour agréable et quelques bémol
Ce que nous avons aimé : Hébergement fonctionnel, pas mal d'équipement mis à disposition, la terrasse, climatisation agréable, loyer raisonnable, place de parking privée, agence accueillante et serviable, un petit magasin de légumes et produit locaux juste à coté. Ce que nous avons détesté: L'appartement est vieux et désuet, il y a une odeur de moisi et de vieilles choses malgré nos effort pour aérer. Il y avait une odeur très désagréable provenant des toilettes du bas. Des fourmis dans la cuisine, et quelques petit cafard. L'appartement était nettoyé de manière raisonnable mais le fait que tout soit vieux donne un aspect sale, il y a trop d'objet qui ne peuvent être nettoyé de manière optimale. Un bon coup de nettoyage de fond et de rafraichissement de la déco ne ferait pas de mal, mais ceci est une question de goût. La route très fréquentée juste à coté, on entend bien les voitures depuis la chambre du bas avec la fenêtre ouverte. Je déconseille donc ce logement aux personnes qui aiment les endroits bien propre, neuf, hygiénique, moderne et qui sent bon. Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour, la presqu'ile de Giens est très jolie, il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours. La voiture reste cependant indispensable à moins de louer des vélos.
