Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff.
Beautiful small boutique hotel centrally situated with fabulously friendly and professional staff. A real credit to the Hotel! Would very happily stay here again when in Toulouse.

Great spot in the heart of action. In room breakfast was better than average. Staff exceptionally helpful. If you are driving, beware that parking may be an issue - check with hotel first.

Tiny tiny hotel Said it had on site parking It does if you don’t have a queue of traffic behind blocking single road. And a car the size of a mini Bright lights outside windows all night long so could t sleep Curtains useless Sent us to a restaurant that was closed! Never again

Fantastically positioned small boutique styled/sized hotel in a great area of Toulouse. Room was of a good size, quiet with a very comfortable bed. The standout recommendation however, would be the super helpful staff that are friendly and available to make your stay a welcome and memorable one. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel has very helpful staff, a great vibe, tastefully decorated rooms, excellent central location, a lovely bed and parking close by. However, due to the lack of a lift, very noisy a/c and badly fitted curtains and no shower curtain (style over substance), l‘ll only rate it 7 out of 10. We were in the sculpture room.

Great hotel!
The hotel is in an ideal location...walking distance to stores, restaurants and churches. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and had our cab on time for our departure. Breakfast is provided if wanted, but a bit expensive....we are not big breakfast eaters and we had a lot of waste as they do give a lot of bread products. It is brought right to the room and at the time you ask for it, which is a nice advantage. We were an older couple..70's...in good shape...beware there are no elevators and you must climb stairs. There is also a step up into the bathroom and 2 steps into the shower, so would not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues. For us, it was great and we would highly recommend for anyone that wants to be in the center of Toulouse. Room looks exactly as pictured.

A small hotel very well located in the old Toulouse, central to many good and nice places. The service is very attentive . Breakfast is served in the room (have to order it the day before): it is full of many things (orange juice, croissants, yogurt, ...). A good place recommended.

Average stay - good location
Average hotel, good location but a 3 star hotel with a bit of added style. Broken items in room and could be cleaner. Pictures misleading - great location, nice bed and good shower. Could do with some maintenance work. Broken tiles in bathroom, lights not working, not 24hr reception service a bit like staying in a house. Overall not bad but pricey for what you get.

Great Compromise Hotel
Great hotel value for the price. Excellent staff support. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was open to the rest of the bathroom without curtains, glass or other enclosure, so water ended up splashing everywhere; didn't bother us, but may be inconvenient for some. Breakfast is very good, but can lack enough variety if staying more than a few days. The price at €9 per person is reasonable. the hotel is near Lake Bordeaux, so you can walk or run on pathways there. Location is good for visiting the countryside with a car as well as the city using the nearby tram. Near a mall and some shopping by car. Tram takes 20 minutes to get to he city center. Very little in the way of restaurants within walking distance. You generally need to take transport to everything, but it's a good compromise location for both city and countryside visits.
