Well-located, relatively inexpensive option.
Rather run-down. Room in poor condition, paint flaking Small ante-room with handbasins in smelt, very oddly, of turmeric! Internet signal poor. Noise from adjacent rooms and corridor at night. Bed OK. Good, but noisy, air-conditioning. Good location for sights, station and restaurants.

Great climatisation. Staff fine. Breakfast fine for amount paid. Bad layout of bedroom resulting in a strange shower cubicle accessed by very high step covered in slippery tiles when wet. The hotel’s decoration is getting old which makes it difficult for staff to make it look clean. The lift is very small and claustrophobic, but aware that it is common in other hotels.We choose to use the stairs, which are a bit cramped with many turns, a bit like a lighthouse. The third floor (out of four), would have been a challenge for many people. The hotel is well situated and well priced for what we found living there.

Very good value for money
Very comfortable and pleasant 2-star hotel in central Toulouse, convenient for everywhere - monuments and shopping - on foot. Just be aware that there are two other Ours Blanc in the immediate vicinity, one 3-star and one 4-star! I had a good deal compared with their advertised prices, perhaps because it was the weekend, perhaps because I reserved quite well in advance, perhaps both.

Absolutely Stay Here if price is right.
What a great experience. And for the price I found on hotels.com, wow! I stayed here 3 nights. The hotel rate is €78 a night for a standard room (I got a steal on this site). There are three Ours Blanc hotels and this is the cheaper version...but service doesn’t reflect it. The reception was super friendly and helpful. The room, it was interesting. There was a separate shower and toilet (but IN the room) from the wash sink and a urinal. Maybe this is normal in France. It was very cool and comfortable. My favorite part of the stay was the balcony. Most rooms have one I believe. The location is perfect! I highly recommend staying here, and if I make it back to Toulouse, I will see if this hotel is available first! And while in Toulouse, visit a restaurant nearby called Vents D’est. It will change your life. The highlight of my trip was going there and the food, service, and wine was an experience for the soul.

warm welcome at reception. good breakfast - standard French fare of breads, cereals, fruits and yoghurts. no meats or cheeses. room clean but because of textured wallpaper and no much natural light, it felt dingy. bathroom very clean. looks out on an alley if at the back of the hotel, as we were. Wonderful position - opposite Victor Hugo market, very central.

Great location, and that's about it
Though I don't expect 1 and 2 star hotels to be the pinnacle of luxury, I do expect them to offer the basics, be clean and safe. Ours Blanc didn't unfortunately provide any of these. Filthy and sticky carpets, smelly towels and a curtain-less shower were some of the things we had to deal with. On top of that, the emergency exit was actually a locked door to another room of the hotel, which meant we had to endure the noise of our neighbours late at night, which were separated from us by less than a wall. The one saving grace: amazing location, within a few min walking distance from the key areas in Toulouse.

The best location. Took metro from train. Across from market and local eateries as well as supermarket. I left at 430 am to catch bus to airport which was a mere 2 blocks away. Helpful desk personnel.

Simple and nice hotel
Very good location with good value, in the very centre of Toulouse, one station away to the train station with the tube, 45 min away from the airport via tube and tram, very convenient area for food, shopping ect. 43€ for a triple room (first price in hotel.com, more than 60€ at the hotel), which is more than enough for one night waiting for the train. The room was very clean, one double bed and one single bed, a flat screen TV but no kettle :( in our first and cheaper price room (the only shame)
